The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. The entire experience with Same Day Fence was seamless from start to finish. When looking for potential vendors, I received multiple quotes for my job. This was also at a time when lumber prices were dropping rapidly so the quotes varied depending on when the vendor was pricing lumber. Same Day initially came in higher but when I brought them a competing quote and asked them to revise based on current lumber costs they not only met the competitive quote but offered to beat it. When it came time to install, their team showed up on time and even provided me recommendations for how build out the fence in a way that would look more appealing.
