Dr. Wash is an amazing doctor. He always remembers our conversations, he asks me about school and, of course, he is brilliant when it comes to medical problems. I found it hard in the past to find a doctor that I can trust completely and that I feel comfortable around, but then I found Dr. Wash and I'm still happy as can be with him. I can't stress enough what a great clinic this is. If I need to get in to see a doctor and Dr. Wash isn't available or a couple days, they let me see someone else (if I'm comfortable with it). I've seen Dr. Haubrich here as well and he is also a great doctor. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a great family doctor that they can count on.

He's a friendly doc who, unlike many docs, isn't rushing in and out of rooms. He takes time to talk with you. He's older, so he went to med school about 40 years ago but keeps up on all the recent research. When you come into his office, he is usually at his desk doing some reading of the latest medical journals. It's probably why he has so many patients and can't accept new patients. Also if he knows you don't have a medical plan he's very generous with samples from pharmaceutical companies.

Calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemail messages are often not returned. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic.

I've recently started seeing Dr. Mcevoy (spelling?) and she is absolutely wonderful. She's caring and listens and explains and thinks out loud as to what her thoughts are and courses of action - "hmm, we could try this, what are your thoughts?" and so on. She even sat there and googled images and explained about my neck issues and how muscles and discs lead to pain, pointing out where my issues were. The reception can be a little blunt at times and I was given the wrong date for my last appointment and missed it. Lesson learned, phone a couple days beforehand to make sure.
