My shower connection with pipe from the wall came apart on Friday morning. I overnighted a new handheld shower head from Amazon. I couldn't get the new shower assembly to fit on the pipe. The old connector had stripes of metal like wire inside it - the wall pipe was corroded and coming off in pieces. So after Quick Look at YouTube I realized replacing the wall pipe was too big of a job for me. So I checked Yelp. Based on 5 Star ratings I reached out to Summers Plumbing. I was surprised when Robert answered the phone. He said he'd be over in 20 minutes to take a look. He tried to put shower back together but unfortunately, the wall pipe was too corroded and stripped. So Robert said he could come back today in morning. Pipe did not give up without a fight - but fortunately, Robert won the battle and removed it without having to pop a hole in my bedroom wall. So now I have a lovely brushed nickel shower head. He didn't have time today to replace my shower handle, trim and clicker. But agreed to come back in 2 weeks. But Best of all he was able to tighten our sink facet that's been repeatedly loosening and driving us crazy!! Highly recommend this very experienced, knowledgeable plumber. read more

This is one of those reviews that is worth reading. Since we had a couple of running water issues here at our house, I had made an appointment with another plumbing company earlier in the day and asked several questions. By the time I got off the phone she scheduled an appointment for next week, but I didn't feel good about the conversation, so I kept thinking I was going to look around for another plumbing company. Finally, a traditional plumber that doesn't try to sell you stuff! My regulator went out and my water pressure shot up over 100psi. The water in my shower was coming out with so much force the bathroom was like a windy rain tunnel. So, I go to Yelp and decide to see if Summers Plumbing could help. After I reached out through Yelp, he replied back within a few minutes and leaves his cell number. I call Robert up, and tell him what's going on, and he said he could be there the next morning. Keep in mind this is Saturday at like 3pm! What? I don't have to take a day off work meet the plumber?
