Saul is awesome! I called him to replace two valves (hot and cold water) for my washing machine. He had done work for me in the past and even remembered me, which was a nice touch. Saul came over the very next morning, and our appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. I arrived around 8:05, and he was already there getting to work! While he was working, I stepped away for less than 10 minutes, and he came to let me know he was already finished. I was shocked at how quickly and efficiently he worked. Not only did he replace the valves perfectly, but I also noticed that he had moved my old washing machine out of the way to make room for the new one I had nearby. That wasn't part of the job--he just did it to help me out. The quality of Saul's work was excellent, and I was able to move the new washer into place with minimal effort. So disappointed, made an appointment with Saul to do some work for my elderly parents in Camarillo. I live 2 hours away, made arrangements to meet him at their condo, called to confirm and he never showed up or notified me that he wouldn't be coming. Drove 2 hours there and will probably take 3 hours to get home, not to mention the inconvenience of getting a 93 and 84 year old up and ready for the work to be done! We had two main lines that went from the house down to the street replaced. Saul showed us the damage and explained in detail what would need to be done and how long. I saved all the texts, as the BBB needed them to prove your basically, an extortionist! Very poor business habits.Your words were, "The price is to low $50.00, is not enough. We can't do the job because, its not enough money, and you need to find a plummer in your area". It was a very poor business decision on your part. You should have called me earlier on Friday. So this how the phone call went to the job completion Spoke with plumber at 7am in the morning sent photos on problem pipe told him I tried to patch it myself but didn't take I let him know I know what I'm talking about I do this type of work myself as well for the state of California on a much larger scale but I didn't feel like doing it, I gave him the parts list over the phone that he was going to need for the repair to rubber couplers one T fitting a 45 coupler an about 15ich of abs pipe he said ok he would remove the sink & sink vanity cut open drywall do the repair re install drywall no mud work on drywall reinstall sink vanity an sink for $425 all that work an I was total fine with it he had a job in the morning but would be able to come by at 4:30pm an would be done by 6:30, so what actually took place I removed sink vanity an sink cut open drywall cut pipe above the T to the exhaust that exits roof I cut below the T beyond the 45 cleaned the area up ready for a quick repair now I could have called an canceled an just finished the repair myself at this point since the hardest part of the job was complete but I figured I already told him I'll let him finish it off he showed up at 4:45 he saw that I had did all that work but before he started I asked him for a quote on a complete repipe of all my water lines in the house gave him a tour an he began the work on the drain at about 5pm after setting up his tools and parts he realized he needed more parts he sent his partner to go pick up the parts he he did what he could with what he had then was at a stand still until part showed up after that he was short on pipe he had to go to the store an get pipe he returned finished up repair an installed sink vanity with sink finished at 7pm an I asked him what I owed him ( HE SAID $425 ) now yes I agreed to that price but when I did the removal of everything an cut out all the pipe I expected the price to lower I'd say by half or at least $100 but no I asked him can I get a price break since I did the majority of the work he took a minute to think an said give me $400 now after all that what do you think ? Due to the way our pipes were installed years ago, he suggested we installed a clean out for better, faster and easier access to clogs in the line. He was out of state but said he had a relative Fernando on call and gave me his number. Fernando got here within 1 1/2 hours and did a great job of clearing everything up. The price was very reasonable especially for a weekend. No complaints only gratitude because we were having company for dinner the following evening.
