When my concerns were brought up to the organizer, Adriana, I was met with a blank stare. The "life-coaching" was sitting for hours while Tom wrote illegibly on a white board, which was not my idea of relaxing or wellness, as I attend meetings for work regularly and do not want to relive it on my weekends. Breakout sessions and discussion groups might have been better. The yoga was minimal, and I dont believe it was with a certified instructor, as she offered no modification, and there were several people with no yoga experience who needed instruction and got none.
