Carissa was excellent at providing the perfect customer service and I thank her for that! This boutique is also perfect for cute gifts to bring to say a bridal shower or as a birthday present for someone special. She then told me she doesn't have any cash in the register and that I should come back in another 3 days or pick something else on the shelf for an exchange. I was tired of this run around and I did not want to exchange since that would go against the principle of what we agreed to. She put the hat back in the shelf, I walked away and never looked back. We were celebrating a birthday and it really made the night different and special! In preparation for our night, I had texted back-and-forth with her earlier in the week and she asked us if there were any types of flowers or colors that we wanted. She was flexible with our timing and was available when we got there a few minutes early. The front of the shop is very cute with adorable wallpaper and tons of delicious candy. We all purchased candy go snack on and were able to bring beverages and snacks with us. She provided water bottles. She had the flower class ready in the back for us and had all of our vases filled with wire and water. She had so many beautiful flowers and taught us how to prepare each type for the view. During the class, she answered lots of questions and had great conversations with us about her artistry and business. We left with beautiful, wedding quality center pieces and the price was very reasonable. She said a bouquet like this would cost about 1.5x what we paid for the class! We'll definitely be back for part 2, thanks for a great moms night out!
