Do not advertise emergency services if you aren't skilled enough to preform those services and if someone comes to you in terrible pain HELP THEM! What IS the concern however is when you make an appointment, you want your issues addressed and perhaps fixed. Instead what you get at this office is being charged for x-rays that aren't necessary and a "consultation" or "evaluation" which basically consisted of the dentist telling me everything wrong with my teeth while showing no interest in fixing what I made the appointment for. Unfortunately, I've had to do a lot of dentist shopping in the area, and I can tell you with 100% honesty that this place is significantly more expensive than every other office I've visited. In my experience, Cornerstone Dental is a prime example of why the dental industry has the poor reputation it has and why people dread even stepping through the doors. I also signed the contract to do INVISALIGN and without notifying me they closed my Invisalign account, which I was contract for. They started making "in-house trays. They make themselves and the last 3 trays are almost always too big. I have had almost a year with no improvements. I'm extremely disappointed because my teeth don't look how I want them, and my wedding has passed , which was why I wanted my teeth straightened in the first place. The scheduling secretary is always extremely rude. Also, neither doctor ever knows what is going on with my treatment. They are just in this for the money. I'm so disappointed. Just don't go here.

I also paid for a savings plan, but they threw so many numbers at me I'm not sure there were any discounts given. I had one tooth filled in May 2024 (terrible job--front tooth filling that doesn't match at all and has a ridge) and my next fillings were scheduled for 12-31-2024. Seriously...nearly 8 months to get a tooth filled??? I showed up for my 12-31 appointment and it was bad from the second I walked in the door. Before I could even take off my jacket, they made me pay $690+ for the services I was supposed to receive. Fine...whatever. But then they tried to take my blood pressure and it was a disaster! The BP cuff was so tight that it brought tears to my eyes, made me cry out in pain, and left bruises on my arm. After three tries, they said they couldn't give me anesthetic without a note from my doctor. I left having received NO services...and these con artists still put thru the $690+ charge on my credit card. It took me two months to get them to issue a refund. I found a new dentist and scheduled an exam/xrays, but decided to keep my cleaning appointment at Aspen in April. I checked in at the desk and was refused even a cleaning without a note from my doctor. I filled out the forms to have my records transferred to my new dentist, and assumed I was done with Aspen for good. No such luck...last night I noticed that they've put thru another $49 charge for their "savings plan", even though I'm no longer a patient there. I called today, and first was told they didn't charge me anything, then told me I have to call a different number...where I was told "sorry, no refunds". I've had to go thru my credit card bank to initiate a chargeback. The good news is, I absolutely love my new dental office - Southview Dental in Moorhead. Absolutely a relief to find them after surviving Aspen Dental. They even have a therapy dog!

I got one bill, I called and was told that my loan was payed monthly. So don't worry about it and if I get another bill then that's what I owed. I never received a another bill. Now, my mom and brother received a collection letter. They were my emergency contact. But they put them as responsible. It also turns out since 2019 there were late fees. Now my bill is over 900 dollars. I wonder you else they are screwing over. They are so terrible and should be forced to shut down.
