I would not suggest using this company. I had scheduled a time for someone to show up and install a…read morecouple items for me. The time they were scheduled to show up had come and gone. I called to inquire on if anyone was going to show and was told that another electrician was just finishing up a job and would be there soon. The electrician showed up about 30mins later. They started about 1:30 and were still there around 6:30 not finished. While trying to run wire from the attic they attempted to take paneling off of my wall to better get access to it. While he was on my ladder his foot slipped and cracked my paneling. My wife seen this happen. Granted he did apologize and stated if I had any issue the office would make it right by either replaceing the damaged paneling or covering the damages. They came back 2 days later and finished the install and left my area a mess. I brought the problems up with their office. The lady I spoke with stated she would get back with me after I sent pictures. The email I received basically stated that the electricians that were at my place lied. This is the email I received. ( After speaking with the electrician and our manager, it seems that he accidentally tripped over something in your hallway, which caused the panel to crack. He repaired it using silicone, and your wife said that it looked good & that you intended to replace it soon anyway. However, we understand that this is not an ideal situation, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the dust left behind, we apologize for the oversight on our electrician's part. He did not have a vacuum in his vehicle and asked to borrow a broom and dustpan from your wife. She assured him that it was not a problem, and she would take care of it. He apologized and asked her if she was sure, and she confirmed it was. While this is not our normal protocol, we appreciate your understanding. Ian and his team went above and beyond from day one. On the day he came to give me an estimate they helped even on that day! I had 15 years of life to move so it was no small project, and this team was constant motion to complete the whole move in a day. I very literally could have never done it without them. And while I feel like never ever moving again now, if I did, I'd call Ian again without a doubt.

They under-quoted the amount of time that it was going to take to complete the move even after all information about the move that they requested was provided to them prior. Once they realized it was going to take longer than the amount of time quoted to me by them, they got in a big hurry and just started throwing my items carelessly into trash bags. They did not care about the items, and some items were broken, and other items "mysteriously" came up missing. They did not bring boxes for the move like I was told, instead bringing trash bags only to pack everything in them with out any way to tell what was in them, making un packing stressful and a nightmare for me. They left a bunch of items at the old address for which I myself had to go back FOUR separate times to retrieve my items, that they determined on their own that the items were trash, with out asking me if the items needed to be included in the move or not, they just left them there. They would have left all of my food in the refrigerator and freezer, if I would not have asked them if they packed it or not. I firmly believe that Ian completely lied to me about his so called company, supposed satisfied customers, and I know he lied about the boxes and packing tape that he said he would bring. Then when going back to the old address to make sure everything had been packed, and finding out that all the items in the bathroom were not packed along with a few other items, I told Ian that these items needed to be packed and moved. He very rudely replied, "Can I get paid!". Then once he proceeded to rip the shower curtain off the wall of the bathroom with the shower curtain still attached to the rod, threw all of my bathroom items in a trash bag, drove over to the new address, opened up the door and just threw the stuff on the floor and couch, and left as quick as he could. Ian made the moving process that was already stressful for me, even more stressful by lying and misrepresenting himself to gain my business. Do not waste your time hiring this company, or else you will regret it. I know I regret hiring them.
