I called all over town and got quotes from 5 different roofing contractors. Ben with Integrity came out, checked out our roof, and gave us a quote for a 30 year Pabco Premier Roof. He also spent a few minutes reviewing color options and gave me a time frame of when it could be completed. Ben told me that a 40 and 50 year roof weren't worth it in my case due to the pitch. I appreciate straight-shooters, especially when it comes to contractors. Ben's quote was in line with the low estimates and we decided to use him based on their quality of work with many of the local houses that he referenced me to. Day 1: Ben's crew arrived on site and knocked out the entire demo! We have a lot of square footage on our roof. I figured out would take closer to two days. Keith was the foreman on my job. He was fantastic (except he's a Raiders fan!). He kept me updated on the status whenever I was interested. The crew did a great job of cleanliness also. They put tarps down and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Day 2: The crew arrived and big a big portion of the roof. It was brutally hot out, so Ben told me he wasn't going to make his guys work through the heat of the day (I was glad to hear it!). They did a ton of work and finished about 75% of it. Day 3: The crew showed up and finished up the rest of my roof before noon. I also paid them a little bit extra to install a solar vent on my roof. They showed me pictures of the entire installation process to show me what exactly they did. It looks great and was installed just like it needed to be. Overall, our roof looks fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Aside from the new roof, you'd never even know they were here! I've got a background in Construction and I'll tell you this - Ben and his crews knows their stuff. Integrity Construction does high quality work at a reasonable price. There's nothing else you can want from your contractor! I will recommend these guys to everyone that I know. If you need a new roof, make sure to give these guys a call! You won't regret it!

As a fellow contractor in the valley, we pride ourselves on effective, proactive communication with customers and making it look like we were never there in the first place. He listened and even gave us some advise of what size garage doors will work better and what height of ceiling will be better so it's not as cold in the winter and as hot in the summer. With in a few days he gave us a price of how much it would be including material. He was very professional and got the job done on the time he gave us. I would recommend vargas west for any construction jobs! We ended up hiring him for another job right after and he finished that right away. He doesn't take on extra jobs just to have them lined up. He was going on vacation and said he was going to finishe up the jobs he has and wasn't going to get any new ones after new years.
