After a quick xray, I was asked if i wanted an extraction or a root canal and crown. I opted for the extraction. Dr. Simons proceed directly and with in a few minutes the tooth was out. Dr. Machuga himself is a very nice, funny, energetic, and gentle person. You feel comfortable in his office, and he works to give you the best dental care possible. You can also see that his staff likes working there and they are all very nice and helpful. In my experience, appointments aren't hard to get, and there is usually only a short wait (if any). Once you are in the chair, the rooms have little TVs to keep your mind off of the procedure. Procedures done at this office have also been the most gentle and best explained I have ever received. Parking is a little different then a standalone office. Since it is located by the ER of St. Vincent Hospital, you can park in the public parking garage or use valet services.

She told them that her oncologist highly recommended she get a cleaning before the treatments began. She tried to tell the staff this, but they would not listen to her. They became very argumentative with her. Not even two weeks later, she received a letter stating they were dropping her as a patient, and this occurred in 2021.
