The tile and grout in the shower had become discolored and stained over the years. No amount of…read morescrubbing and cleaning was effective. There are companies that will clean and reseal the grout but I had a feeling that wasn't going to solve the problem. After consulting with Dan, it was clear that what was needed was a complete re-grouting. Dan and his crew tackled this project, doing a re-grout of the floor and ceiling in addition to some areas along the walls. All of the tile was cleaned as well. Some adjustments were made along the way, as they noticed a few additional areas needing work. The result is a sparkling clean, fresh, "like new" shower. Highly recommend Dan and company.

I worked with Tomas a handful of years ago when he did our granite counters and island for a…read morekitchen. The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

Before moving forward, I asked several reasonable clarification questions about what was included in the quote, such as removal/disposal, templating, fabrication, delivery, plumbing or appliance reconnection, timeline, etc which was unclear in the quote. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.
