Now I'd like to rave about how much she's helped relieve me of chronic pain in a few areas I thought would never go away. I was also having some pain in my elbow after the initial quarantine. It was due to being inactive for weeks and then suddenly finding myself back at the gym and lifting weights again. Scheduling my appointment was easily done online. Kaita is so pleasant and efficient, and the atmosphere was so relaxing, the time absolutely flew by. I chose to do cupping too, which I've never tried before. I found it interesting that cupping happens concurrently to the massage, to enhance the massage and provide deep-tissue massage to wherever the cups are placed. Kaita listened to where my problem areas were, and focused on addressing those issues.
