I have had many massages over the course of my 76 years and this was by far the best ever. Jud is experienced and intuitive and kind and funny. He kneaded out the kinks in my back, shoulders and neck, did some amazing reflexology on my feet and went on to stretch my hip joints. I asked for deep pressure and he delivered, but also responded instantaneously when I said it was too much. I'll be back. My only complaint is that I won't be able to find his equivalent when I am back up north in a couple of months! Jud is amazing! I found him on Yelp and took a chance based on the reviews and WOW, it was THE best decision I could have made. When I arrived at Jud's, I had severe lower back pain and an extremely tight IT band which prevented me from walking without severe pain. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to give this place a try because from the outside it looked a little sketch. However, I was in need of just a good relaxation massage and they had availability. When you first walk in, there isn't anything special about it as far as the appearance goes. The rooms are a little outdated and so is the building. I had a young girl and she took me to my room and she did a decent job. The massage was supposed to be a hour and mine ended up being about 50 minutes, so I was short 10 minutes and if you are like me, you want the full time when you go for a massage. The best massage I've ever had! Jud has a true gift for healing, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He's very intuitive and was able to visually pinpoint my problem areas without me having to say anything. He used various massage techniques and incorporated both eastern and western therapies. By the end of my massage, not only had Jud had been able to work out most of my knots, but I finally had relief from a migraine that I'd had for days. I usually have bad sinus issues and also noticed that my sinuses had cleared and I was breathing easier. After I left, I ran into a friend that mentioned I was glowing. BEWARE!!! JC has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with! He scheduled my appointment time incorrectly and i remember our exact conversation. He kept yelling at me and arguing with me to the point i had to hang up. I had my whole day planned around this with childcare. He was unapologetic, completely rude and just didn't care. I would never recommend this place because nobody should be treated the way i was treated!! My appointment was with Michelle and she was so sweet and understood the issue.
