HUGE RED FLAG. She asked what they needed the CC info for and they said it's for copays as they are telehealth. She asked if there was a patient portal for payments and was told no, but they could delete the pictures once they have it in THEIR secure portal. My wife said she was not comfortable sending pictures of her credit card and the call ended. About an hour later she got a call from their "director" confirming that she was refusing care. I don't know how many times I've heard in this day and age that you DO NOT SEND PICTURES of your CC to ANYONE. EVER. Much less both your CC and your ID. Second, there was no confirmation on if my wife even wanted to do therapy via telehealth or zoom. None. It was just a call that was like "we got your referral, please give us your CC and personal info". Yeah, no I do not recommend this place. Asking for pictures of credit cards and ID's is highly suspicious. Telehealth should have a portal to pay copays and such and not dependent on the supposed provider to charge you whatever, whenever.

My friend is a smart guy and I trust what he says, so I called her asking if she was taking new clients. Juli calls me back right away and has me fill out some paperwork before our first session. It was all really easy with her new patient portal which allows you to put your debit/credit/FSA card for payment. My first meeting with Juli was right before the world shut down due to COVID-19. I've never been to a therapist in-person before, so I thought it would be awkward at first. Juli was hellbent on making sure it wasn't. She is a bubbly, kind, honest person who shows no judgment or bias whatsoever. I told her things in ten minutes what I haven't told 99% of people ever. She put me at ease that quickly. Through our sessions, Juli has constantly challenged my worldview. I like to think I'm a smart guy, and this turns off most healthcare providers. Juli, however, has embraced this and asks me really, *really* thought-provoking questions. She has helped me look at events in my past in an entirely new frame. She never tells me that I'm wrong; instead, she uses guided questioning to elicit self-discovery. When I'm being ridiculous, her facial expressions immediately tell me that I need to rethink. I am kicking myself for not going to a therapist years ago; more specifically, I wish I would have seen HER years ago. She is so down to earth and relatable. As a major plus, she brings her absolutely adorable service dog (a golden retriever). It's a friendly, relaxing place where I never feel uncomfortable or rushed. I really look forward to my visits with her as it reinvigorates me and has me thinking about everything differently. Thank you, Juli!

Finding the clinic can be challenging and stressful... the GPS directions are unclear, the building doesn't stand out, and there's no large, easy‑to‑read sign. I'd recommend giving yourself extra time for your first visit; I've gotten lost twice and arrived late because of it. FEM Wellness is aware that some people experience difficulties finding their building, but they don't tell you that when booking your first appointment. Inside, the clinic is clean, spa-like and modern, and the staff was polite. They offer robes for that spa feel. Dr. Ernst was friendly and approachable during our interactions. However, I was disappointed overall, as I expected more in-depth holistic approach to women's health rather than something that felt like a med-spa focused primarily on surface-level hormones and aesthetics. Adjusting my hormone levels took an unusually long time, especially given my sensitive body type and ongoing health issues, including thyroid problems, ulcerative colitis, and autoimmune disease. The HRT has required multiple tweaks to get it right, and I'm still adjusting, which has been frustrating. More recently, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled with Dr. Ernst, but I experienced a severe ulcerative colitis flare-up and had to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. (I had canceled within 43 hours.) I explained my situation to the receptionist... that I was quite ill and might not be able to reschedule for weeks or even months due to the unpredictable nature of my condition. While I appreciate that they didn't charge me for the cancellation and I understand the need for policies, this experience highlighted a lack of flexibility or compassion for patients with complex chronic illnesses, especially regarding women's health issues. Flares can strike without warning, making it challenging to commit to rigid scheduling. I was also told that if this happens again, I may be charged, with no "hope you feel better" or other words of empathy... the lack of warmth really concerned me. For those primarily interested in Botox, laser treatments, or straightforward hormone replacement in a spa-like setting, this might be a good fit. But if you're seeking a more in-depth evaluation of your overall health, comprehensive care, advanced hormone bloodwork, and thyroid/endocrine system care, I'd recommend checking out DECON across the parking lot with Dr. Kuhadiya instead. Overall, a mixed experience that left me hesitant to return.

Inquire within and for their pricing. She's no ordinary gynecologist and this is no ordinary office. I patiently waited for this practice to open so I could switch over. I have never met a provider that has and shows genuine compassion to her patients like she has shown me over the years. Her knowledge and transparency helps me maneuver my health decisions. She's a God send in my life and over saw my last pregnancy. Unfortunately this office doesn't offer OB care, but I'm done having any more kids. They will refer you if you do need OB care. My most recent visit was today. There was an unavoidable hiccup with scheduling. Some customer service would have been nice from the office. I'm a loyal customer/patient and was told that I had to be rescheduled without a blink; although it was a lose lose situation. Of course I was frustrated, but thankfully Dr. Rajamand was able to get me in and out. My only recommendation would be to avoid incidents like today is get on top of the program that sends emails. The vibe is very homey and inviting and the therapists are amazing! Dominique has been a godsend for some of my students and myself! Parking is phenomenal and easy and there's a bus line nearby. They did help me detox and I felt better quickly, thankfully. My biggest issue is the fact they have this big daily schedule with 6-8 therapeutic activities per day HOWEVER all we did was watch TV ALL DAY LONG. I was excited to actually do something proactive for my recovery but nope. TV all day. I checked out early because I was going so stir crazy. They also lost my belongings. Once again. Detox only. No real rehab or therapy.

She continued to be sort of pushy and dismissive throughout my stay there. Called security on me when i was looking for answers about my discharge. Generally just really confused about how that is supposed to be theraputic. Shoutout to Geoff tho hes a real one and he helped me get things sorted out with my work. I understand that the facility is understaffed but everyone in there acts like they got something better to do than to deal with you.
