We went to check it out and was happy to report that the area was looking better. The littles bounce house was not totally spic and span, but was definitely improved. Still some visible debris, but had to keep in mind that it was a camp week and was probably used the entire day of versus when there is no camp and there are only 3 or so evening bounce sessions a day. Great job and feel much better bringing the kids in to play there. The arcade is the best we've been to in the state. Recently renovated and has a huge variety of different games. Arcade and restaurant and bar 5 stars all around.

Parking is pretty ample and we had no issues finding a good spot. Bathrooms are pretty clean, but there was no soap in the dispensers when we were there - thankfully had sanitizer on me, though! The park has several party shelters and they were ALL booked for birthdays or graduation parties. They were all good size with a decent amount of seating for guests, but suggest bringing your own camp chairs or something similar if you know you're going to want/need to sit. The playground itself is great and my 7, 5, and 3 year old loved it. Plenty to climb on and lots of space to run. My kids especially loved the zipline setup, that also has a large seat for kids of all play abilities to use. We aren't in the area too crazy often, but we'd definitely return to this park to play!

Also the players are the higher level teams don't even try during tryouts whereas the kids on the lower teams put out everything they have and are always overlooked. Also poor communication with the higher level coaches as far as what the player needs to improve upon in order to advance. This club is all about the money and not about helping players reach their full potential.

My daughter was a part of Eastside FC for 5+ yrs continuously and this year she did not make the…read moreteam. We have had conferences with the coaches and have been very active during our kiddos practices and games. We never complained or raised a red flag and worked with the team and the administration - for instance last year when my daughters team did not have a dedicated coach for all of the year- we all just took it in the stride and worked with the coaches appointed- even though the girls have to adjust and learn the style of multiple coaches in one year. We were never ever told that our daughter was not doing well or would not make the team. Infact, we were always told our daughter is doing great. It came as a big surprise to us when she tried out for this year and did not make it. We were so confident that she would make it, that we did not even sign her up for try outs with any other team. Once we came to know she did not make it at East side, we scrambled and tried her for another team- so glad she made it cause she loves to play and this is the only form of exercise she gets. We are really disappointed that she did not make the team. Over the 5 years she had grown with the coach and the team. Her not making it is a bigger reflection on the coaches, the team and the East Side administration. It is a shame that East side, after 5 continuous years with them cannot create a player who can get selected in their own team selections. We are even more disappointed that we were never made aware that our child was not doing well even though we are such active parents- right there in the field for all the practices and the game. We could have ensured she got all the additional support she needed to do better- if she was not doing well. The icing on all of this is that we did not even get a mail explaining anything when we sent a mail expressing our disappointment to the administration. So much for sportsmanship and team spirit and enjoy and grow with the team etc etc!!!
