He was the longest resident as of his passing July 9, 2025 at the young age of 97 years old. We want to sincerely thank Jode and Adysen and all the incredible people at Sagewood but mainly those in assisted living (Mountain View) for their extraordinary care they gave my dad-in-law. Jode and Adysen, in particular, have cared for him as if he were family, showing endless patience, warmth, love and attentiveness. We never needed to worry when we were not around. There are no words to fully express what these two, Jode and Adysen, along with the font desk personnel and the amazing beautiful staff at Sagewood team mean to our family. They are and always will be our family. We are profoundly grateful for all the love and kindness they have shown us and dad throughout the years. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. It is the best place to place a parent in Utah. We looked for a place where my dad-in-law could keep his same friends all the ways through, which is exactly what happened in those 10 years. From independent living - to - assisted living. He was so happy the entire time he was there. We love everyone at Sagewood. Thank you!

By Thanksgiving, she was in full swing of all the activities and fun. They even have vendors, like Scentsy, come in from time to time so residents can shop. The care is top notch. They have a registered nurse on site, and a dedicated staff. Fun games and social hour, movies, concerts, and tons of bus rides. Sadly because of Covid19, visitors were limited, as per CDC guidelines, but, we knew mom was safe and cared for. We did FaceTime and window and patio visits. My family highly recommends Sagewood!

You can even have eat meals with you loved one. They have a special room for family dinners available by appointment. They offer scenic drives to the residents and other field trips to the residents to get them out and about. These are offered on a weekly basis. There are activities every day to encourage the residents to be as active as possible. They work with the resident's doctors to make sure that the resident gets any needed medications and treatments. There is a shuttle service available to take the patients to doctors appointments, however it is only available on certain days of the week. They're good about alerting family members to any change in the resident's health. It is on a busy street but steps have been taken to ensure that the residents stay safely inside. They did a good job of keeping my mother comfortable without prolonging her life - which is what the family wanted. They treated her with respect and loving care. This review is LONG overdue but better late then never.

BEWARE!!!! OVERDOSED MY MOTHER IN JUST 4 DAYS…read moreREMOVED POA AS CONTACT ILLEGALLY ILLEGAL/POOR MEDICAL DECISIONS AND CARE STANDARDS My mother was at The Peaks/Pheasant Run for four days. On Monday I admitted my mother with my father as her Power of Attorney (POA). I am a physician and I have been her POA for decades. On Tuesday, my mother was left alone in a wheelchair and faceplanted on the hard floor, leaving a huge bump and laceration on her forehead. On Wednesday my sister lied to the facility and told a nurse that I am NOT the POA and they believed her instead of looking at the admission paperwork which included the legal document. They also did not call me or my father to notify us that my sister was claiming that I was not the POA. Instead, they removed my contact info from the facesheet without notifying me and put my sister's info instead. She then called the doctor and asked him to prescribe morphine every few hours even though my mother was not a morphine user. The doctor prescribed it. On Thursday, after SEVENTEEN doses of morphine, ativan and haldol in the previous 24 hours, my mother was found on the floor dead. This is a shocking escalation of morphine and other medications that would likely kill anyone and I had no idea my mother was receiving these medications. Medical records show that at 8:00 pm on Thursday my mom was noted "lethargic" and then a Med Tech, not a nurse and not allowed to "assess a patient" and also not allowed to give morphine without orders from a nurse (not noted in med records), gave my mom morphine, ativan and haldol. At 11:00 pm my mom was found dead on the floor. The Peaks is a shell company run by another LLC owned yet by another LLC and the main LLC keeps opening up facilities under different names. The paperwork I signed was from Pheasant Run. BEWARE.

He suffers from a degenerative neurological condition and Solstice does a fantastic job to keep him safe! We have two young children who absolutely adore their dad and as a result we go to see my husband regularly. Even though the children and I do not live at Solstice we feel like it is our second home and this begins the minute you step in the door! The staff have become like family to us. They can't do enough to help you and they always have a huge smile on their faces! In addition to zen-like atmosphere that they have created, their food is incredible! I feel like we are on a cruise ship when we eat there each week. They have a beautiful dining room where my children and I join my husband each week for a delicious 4-course meal. Over the years, my husband has become less social because of his disease. Since moving in he has formed close relationships with other residents and they have provided him with a strong sense of community. I can't remember my husband being this happy in a long time. They sure know how to host a party. In addition to their wonderful food, their parties are the place to be! They hold garden parties, star wars parties, dancing to the oldies parties, etc. Our 10 year-old loves it there so much that he asked to hold his birthday party at Solstice and all of the residents sang him happy birthday. They always have the loviest fresh flowers and when they have a party their balloons are to die for. So much thought goes into each activity and party that they plan. A huge thanks to Stephanie Klingbiel and Cindy Granger who are just part of the wonderful staff at Solstice! I write this review in hopes that others will read it. I truly believed our family would never feel like a family again because my husband had to move to senior living and live apart from us however it is just the opposite. Solstice has changed our lives! We are blessed to have my husband as a resident there! Thank you for everything you do!
