My friend recommended me this immigration office - US LINK - when I did the 10 year green card renewal. Everything was fine and I got the renewal within 6 months. That's why I trusted this office and decided to come back and paid them for the citizenship application service. As before, US Link gave me a list of paper requirement. It was including my current 2016 tax files, the proof of marital union and all of my personal and my spouse's documents. I followed exactly what US Link required and made sure that I didnt forget any important files when I collected and gave for the office. I still remembered that I did call the office and ask if they need any other paperwork. They said it was enough and they would send out my application within days. Then I waited another 6 months and finally got the test day. The day before my test, I wanted to make sure everything was ok. That's why I called the office again and reminded them my case. Also, I did ask 2,3 times again that if I needed to bring any other documents to show USCIS center during my test. The office said that I just need to bring ID, the appointment paper and remember to study 100 naturalization questions. On the test day, I went on time and dressed professionally. I waited only half hour before my name was called. The test was pretty easy cause I didnt miss or answered wrong any of the questions that the USCIS officer asked me. Just in the first 10 minutes that I got the pass result of my test. Then another 40 minutes was for all questions about my personal life including the school I studied, the spouse's work, the marriage status etc. The officer asked me if I brought any evidence documents showing that my marriage status has still been valid until present. I was freaked out cause I didnt bring anything except my ID, passport, the spouse's citizenship and birth certificate. Then the officer asked me if I worked and filed 2016 tax. I said yes but I didnt bring it with me either. Now the officer said she couldnt give me the citizenship approval until I showed her or submitted those paperwork that she had just required. At that moment, I still thought the USCIS officer wanted to create difficulties for me because I did give those papers for US Link to send for me. So I asked the officer that I already submitted those documents together with the application form 6 months ago and USCIS didnt have it??? The officer then opened the whole documentary package from the first day 2010 that I was in the United States and showed me none of them was my 2016 tax files and proof of marital union until present. What??? I was freezing up for 10sec and couldnt believe what I saw. I had no choice other than accepted to submit all paperworks AGAIN and wait for another 90 days for documentation review !!!!! I got out of USCIS center and made an immediate call to US Link Me: Why didnt you send all the required application files I gave you sufficiently ??? The USCIS officer showed me that you didnt send my 2016 tax declaration and current proof of my marriage status. US Link: Oh we dont have responsibility to submit those documentation that you've just mentioned. Me: What? What have you just said? (Now Im so pissed off and couldnt imagine that such a business manager can answer in a stupid irresponsible way like her !!!! Yes, she is the US Link manager ) US Link: Oh I only need your 2016 tax files for SSN (social security number) and I returned the files for you right after that already. Me: Huh? My 2016 tax files only for SSN??? US Link: Ah I'm busy right now and not in the office. I will come back office and look up your case again in the computer and call you back in a while. But she NEVER called me back or left any messages/ voice messages for me. If US Link manager did check my case carefully in the day before I went to take exam and asked me to bring some more documents then everything wouldnt have been messed up like now. That lady manager didnt even spent only 5mins to check that she hadnt submitted my paperwork properly when I called her the last day. This office charged me $200 for those easy application paperworks and coulnt even do it properly. I dont need the money back but I feel that I should let many people know about this office and wont fall into their business trap. The lady manager would be nice to you at the beginning but after she gets your money, she wouldnt care anything more or take responsibility to help you if your paperworks are messed up. Again, very rude and terrible immigration service office !!! I think the office also offers cargo shipping service and some other services too. BUT JUST AVOID ALL BECAUSE THE SAME MANAGER IS RUNNING ALL SERVICES!!!
