When I finally reached an actual manager, I found the interaction dismissive, combative, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. At no point did I feel like anyone genuinely cared about keeping a loyal customer. To make matters even more uncomfortable, after the dispute began, I noticed staff viewing my personal social media. Whether others see that the same way or not, I found it inappropriate and unsettling. Looking back, I would never sign one of their membership contracts again. Between the rigid contract terms, the relentless attempts to collect a disputed balance instead of addressing it, and the complete lack of accountability, the entire experience left a terrible impression. What's amazing is that they have almost certainly spent more in employee time and overhead chasing this dispute than it would have cost to simply review my account and resolve it professionally.
