I scheduled with another carpet cleaning company, Servicemaster, on Monday and they canceled last minute on weds (the day of cleaning!) We called Sun Carpet about cleaning our pretty dirty carpet. We got an appointment within a few days. Kelly and her daughter were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable when they showed up. We had some pretty heavy duty spots on our carpet that we weren't sure would be able to come out. After Kelly finished cleaning the carpet she told me that she believed everything came up but if not, call back and they would come out. Well the next day we checked the carpet and everything but a couple of spots came out. I called back on Saturday to see if they could come back sometime and try again. I got a text back within 30 mins from Kelly and she made an appointment for Monday. Her and Rob showed up on time and when I asked them if they could do another part of carpet in a small hallway, because I had forgotten to have them do it when they came out the first time. Rob not only got the spots out that I called about, but they also did the extra part of carpet and wouldn't take any money for doing it! Rob and Kelly are very professional and pleasant to deal with.
