They mowed my lawn in the rain on saturated ground and left tire ruts and damage in my yard. I contacted Bethany and was promised they would return September 12 to correct it. Nobody showed. Nobody called. On September 14 at 11:35 a.m., I spoke with Bethany again and was specifically told Cory would be out that day to mow. Again, nobody showed and nobody called. I sent multiple written complaints and gave the company repeated opportunities to make this right. The damage remains unresolved. I also had another property under contract where mowing was included. DC Lawn Service stopped providing mowing in that area, so they were no longer providing the full service I originally contracted for. Property damage. Two promised return visits. Two no-shows. No courtesy calls. Multiple complaints without a meaningful resolution. Mistakes happen. Repeatedly promising to fix them and then not showing up is something else entirely. We stopped and asked them to take a look at our house. Graham and Annice came by later that evening, gave us a very fair estimate and promised to return Saturday morning. They showed up with their crew first thing on Saturday. They showed a ton of professionalism and precision in removing the tree from the roof without damaging the house. Took between 3-4 hours.
