Though initially I went to see her for help with motion sickness that medication no longer helped, she shared that she felt the true root of my problems had to do with my disruptive sleep patterns. Though I have taken sleep aids for years (and, truly, remember being a child without good sleep), I no longer wake several times overnight so that I am getting much better quality sleep. Well, she wasn't wrong! I have taken 7 flights since beginning treatment and have been able to FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS look out the window and enjoy take off/landing (if I notice at all).
