I read the glowing reviews on Vitals so went to see Dr. Younger and he was amazing, as long as I could pay for tests. After 4 punch biopsies, 3 tilt table tests, an eye movement test, 4000 fee for a sural nerve biopsy (I didn't need) I had exhausted our savings and told him I could no longer afford to have repeat testing, then I got my chart in the mail - that's how he fired me as a patient. This is a doctor that will clean out your bank account, he doesn't take insurance for a reason - he only treats those who can pay. **Go to Vitals and check out the patient reviews for Dr. Younger, then ask yourself why *none* of the 1 star reviewers left a comment. I've left 1, 2 & 3 paragraph negative reviews detailing my experience and each time it's scrubbed within weeks. Nice to have friends in all the right places.

Now, both me and my husband see him, and when she is old enough, my daughter will see him too. Dr. Feldman is an extremely experienced, easy going, straight-shooting dentist. And here's something else he is: TRUSTWORTHY. He does not try to add on things you don't need to make more money. If he thinks you can skip something like full mouth x-rays vs. bite wings, he'll tell you. If he thinks you need a crown and you need it right away, he'll tell you. But he'll also tell you if you can wait, like he did for both me and my husband, who've had a tight budget recently. (But we'll both will need a crown in time). A year or so ago, he noticed on an x-ray where I had a front tooth that had tooth resorption ... and it was bad. (No, I had never heard what that meant either. But basically it's the breakdown of the infrastructure of the tooth ). He sent me to a root canal specialist (Dr. Randolph Todd, who I've also written a review for on Yelp), and I feel so lucky he did. It was something that needed to be taken care of right away and was a very complex procedure that needed an expert. Dr. Feldman knows all the best experts to help you, which is another reason I respect him. He does what is in his range of expertise. But knows when you should see someone else as well. The staff at this office is extremely rude--they will leave you on hold for an hour while "waiting for an answer," only to eventually hang up and send you to voicemail. I've dealt with this office multiple times, including when I was trying to get information on how my father was cleared to fly--only for him to suffer a heart attack overseas. I was never even able to speak directly with the doctor to ask the specific questions I needed in order to report his condition. It wasn't until Donna finally got on the phone with me that I received any real help. She was the only one who assisted me with everything I needed. Getting anyone else on the phone--especially the front desk--is nearly impossible. They're rude, unhelpful, and seem completely miserable. Today, we called the office an hour in advance to let them know we would be arriving late. We were open to rescheduling but asked if the necessary medications could at least be prescribed. That's when we were put on hold--and left there for an hour. I recorded the call to prove that we were hung up on by the office staff. And still, no one called us back or even picked up the phone to provide an update. We showed up, and the front desk woman, Natalie, claimed that my father was on the phone when I had actually called from my own phone--again, using my number. She then said she didn't know who had spoken to us, but the call was on speakerphone, so it was clear she could hear the conversation and knew exactly who was speaking. She refused to speak directly to me and instead directed her words toward my father. She picked up her phone to call "Deb," (I thought she claimed not to know who had spoken to us--again, not believable given the context). Deb then stated that my father had agreed to a rescheduled appointment and even provided a date. But if that were true, why would we have stayed on hold for over an hour? We remained on the line because my father asked if his medications could be refilled, and we were told to hold for an answer--an answer we never received. I even showed a screenshot proving how long we were on hold, and the only response we got was a shrug. We drove all the way from New Jersey to see Dr. Bonaros, only to be treated like this. If it weren't for the longstanding relationship my father has with the doctor, we wouldn't waste our time traveling for this kind of treatment. This office clearly needs new staff, and based on what we've heard, we're not the only ones reporting issues with them. This behavior will absolutely be reported.

I could tell that the acupuncture was doing something after my very first visit with her (and I'd been seeing other acupuncturists at a community clinic before that), and my progress has been easy to track ever since. I've worked with her for over a year now on a confusing set of symptoms that included chronic pain, and she has slowly helped me reduce or dissipate most of these symptoms so that we can isolate and understand the underlying causes.
