This 7-Eleven has all the usual convenience store associated with a 7-Eleven and the service was friendly enough. Since they bill this as a "travel plaza" for the airport and Brightline train station, there is plenty of parking and they also have a Dunkin and a Baskin Robins across from a common shared area where they have bathrooms and various seating. Sonce it is next to the airport, they also have a monitor letting you know what flights are incoming and departing and their current status. All in all, this 7-Eleven was a positive experience.

Price of gas $2.00 more per gal than a half block away and the worse clerk I ever witnessed. Here is what happened: I was going to the airport to drop off the rental car and decided this seemed to be the last station before the drop point. I saw the gas price at the pump and not before that because it is NOT posted on a large sign for people to see. I decided, it was raining and I should go ahead and pay the price instead of looking for another more reasonable! Pumped the gas, then the ticket would not print on the outside. I pushed the help button and the male clerk's voice asked could he help me? I then stated the ticket had not printed. He told me I would have to come inside. I said, "No I just paid $5.79 a gal for gas, it is raining and you can walk the ticket out to me". He said, "NO YOU CAN WALK YOUR FAT ASS IN HERE AND GET IT"! At which I replied, "Oh I will be in there alright". I did just that. I found the weasle behind the counter, and when I asked if he was the one who responded like that at first he held his tongue and his head down. I asked again, this time he said, "Yeah". He was entertaining to friends, pretty seedy looking people and I suppose he had decided my FAT ASS wouldn't walk all the way inside for the ticket so he would try being a comedian for a day for their listening pleasure!! I wouldn't patronize a place who hires a punk like this, who has no more respect for his elders or anyone else for that matter. If he treats customers this way, I can't imagine how much merchandise items are walking away with he and his friends! When I left the store that day I told him he had not heard the last of this I was going to speak to his supervisor and owner and his response was pretty expected, "I don't care"!! What a poor attitude for someone so young! I can't read crystal balls but for some reason I see prison term in this young man's future!! Such a lack of respect can only lead this man straight to doing time somewhere! The owner's personal assistant happened to be at the store the day I phoned in my complaint, her name was Diana Yancy. She assured me she would have a talk with him, I wanted to say lady, a talk would go in one ear and out the other and he is going to play Eddie Haskell on you! Oh well, the next best thing is to post a negative review. Oh by the way his name is BAILEY if you happen to see him behind the counter. Bailey. No wonder he seems to have a chip on his shoulder!! I hope the A%#hole owner of this gas station uses the money that he basically robbed from me, to buy something nice and never gets any use from it! He deserves nothing and is a greedy bastard that preys on tourists like me! I cannot describe the feeling I had when I drove away from that station knowing that this prick can sleep at night. Wish I could rate less than 1 . Stopped by for gas luckily I saw the price before I started to pump and cancelled transaction . Clearly the business is only about the money and taking advantage of tourists . Don't know is this pricing practice is illegal definitely immoral. I'm sure they don't have many returning customers ! I can understand paying more for fuel near the airport but at over 2.00 more per gallon than a station less than a mile away its way too much. 1 star because zero is not available. I agree with every other review posted on here - but generally people don't go to Yelp to pick out a gas station so they won't know until it's too late. I would urge the city to 'get a handle' on this type of price gouging practice. Also would encourage all posters here to also go to BBB and Orlando chamber of commerce to complain. follow up - I just filed complaint with BBB - would you believe I was the first one to do so. We need more people to do that - get 100 complaints with BBB and probably something gets done. read more

Selling gas 1 block down from a regular priced has station for $2.20 MORE a gallon is a SCAM!!!
