They offered to come out and perform an investigative assessment of our issue and propose alternative solutions. Carlos came out and performed our initial assessment. They were the second team to come out and perform the inspection. He his evaluation provided the same assessment as the first vendor; however, his professionalism, polite yet candid explanation, offered alternatives, and comforting competence made us know that this team was the one for us. Primary alternatives were to (a) repair the broken blower motor or (b) replace the Furnace (heater) and Compressor (A/C). Based of the assessment, age of system, and condition other components, we opted to go with replacing the system. But with the amazing service they provided, it was well worth the wait. Our Technician came out 10-15 minutes after the arrival time window they gave us and he did an amazing job for us. Although we didn't get to see what was done on our roof, he was very professional and went above and beyond to get us squared away inside with our thermostat and filters. Definitely recommend!
