I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor. I felt that Clemmer really worked hard to earn our business and definitely tried hard to make sure their bid was competitive. We had our full system (AC/Heater) installed in June. Trevor was our sales rep. He looked at what we wanted from different perspectives. He was always willing to work up a revised plan for us when we changed our goals. He answered my questions, always followed up and checked in. He shared information, explained the details. When working with him I felt that I was working with someone honest, which was important to me. He considered my goals and not just my home as a sale. Trevor ultimately made the sale for Clemmer. Martin and Junior did our installation and I felt that they were great to have as installers. They worked hard, kept to their schedule, cleaned up after themselves and still took time to answer my questions. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. I did not get to meet Will but I know that behind the scenes he helped out a lot to make sure I got a system that was going to be right for my needs. Andy did our airflow test in the end. He had a big task on his hands, being on his own. But he was great. He worked hard. Overall I was very pleased. Everything went on schedule and I was always kept in the loop as to what was happening. My Trane system has worked out really well for us. I'm glad, in the end, that we made the investment. read more

So, I don't normally do reviews, but feel as awesome as Clemmer has been, felt the need. First of all, had more than one estimate for a new AC unit. It was only Clemmer to actually check my ducts to notice some major issues of which cut my electricity costs by 1/3rd....Thank you Trevor as he had to crawl is some very uncomfortable spaces and it was also less expensive than the others. The others were only interested in making a sale. Second, I am not usually for having maintenance on items (I'm a cheapskate). Nevertheless, I had an AC unit in a major living area in which when it was on high power with a fan to support, I would sweat my butt off. After Clemmer came, without the fan, I literally needed a sweater as it was so cold (AC unit is basically on/off without temperature). Our A/C unit stopped cooling. Called Clemmer and there was a technician at our house within 10 minutes. Brandon was very nice, he first replaced the filter in our heating unit, it needed it. He then diagnosed and fixed the A/C problem which was a failed capacitor. He did a complete service on the A/C unit while explaining each step to us as he worked. We don't mind paying for great service, which was very reasonable, and liked them so much we started a maintenance plan. I would definitely recommend Clemmer. Bob and his staff have installed all of Desert Sanctuary's heating, cooling, air conditioning, water heaters ( both tankless and traditional) and mini-splits for heating and cooling small areas. They do our maintenance and all repairs. Each staff member is as knowledgeable as them all. They are courteous and respectful of our clients and agency. That may not be the cheapest, I dont know. I was having problems with my tankless water heater as it was giving me an error code. My shower water wasn't staying warm. The technician examined and evaluated my tankless water heater and said what the problem was. He then suggested I get a new shower head because the one I had wasn't compatible with my tankless water heat.
