I contacted Total Comfort Solutions on a Sunday for my older parents' AC that wasn't working. John, the owner, was able to move the schedule around and have a technician come out the same day. This was much appreciated since the temperature was going to be 100+. Angel came out and was very courteous and professional. Had these people come out and test out my AC unit and the worker was fine with doing his job.. aside the Owner was giving me the run around why he couldn't give me a quote. Aside from pressuring me to run my credit without coming and giving me a proper quote. This guy was lazy to come out and properly evaluate my unit. But he can have his worker working on 110 degree weather and he don't want to come out and give quotes for new units. Talking about it's gonna take up too much time to give me a proper quote because it will take up most of my day but that's what we're paying for if you wanna make money and you wanna win my business I need to know what I'm getting into and this guy didn't wanna work because it's too hot or I don't know what the reason was Supposedly he had a meeting, but he fell to call me after and was more like pressuring me to buy the unit or give them my credit score The owner just feed off of just making assumptions aside from the technical details and findings about why my Ac unit needs to be replaced since is 21 years old but it works and randomly turns off here and there, the heater works and it runs fine here and there.These people are crooks they try to find out how much is your credit score so they can rack up the prize based on your credit score I feel like they're taking advantage of people and he kind of felt offended that I had another quote and and questioned me why I had more quotes and I told him I'm shopping , and I have every right to do so. he still tried to say that they were the best and what not but they're a bunch of crooks trying to take advantage of vulnerable people and take advantage of the weather since they don't make nothing all year. I bought a brand new cooler (motor and whole unit) and was charged over $1800 for it plus installation. I've had to call them out now 5 times because the motor which is supposedly brand new freezing. Not only does it freeze but it stalls especially when there's wind or a storm. The first time they changed out the motor. It's not even 1.5 months later and again, same problem. My last motor lasted for many years. When we called the owner to come out and fix it, he didn't want to come out and fix the AC and threatened my sister, although we paid for a service contract with warranty for a whole year. This is the worst that my family has been treated by Total Comfort Solutions. If they don't come out and fix their faulty AC unit that they installed which was supposed to be brand new, they will see us in court. Other residents need to know about their shady business and owner. read more

Ac went out sat morning, called multiple company's that couldn't get to me until the fallowing week. Was recommended Total Comfort Solutions and called them. They were able to get to me the same day and got the ac working again. The technician that came out was John, he was very personable and I appreciated how honest he was with me. No bs like trying to tell me I needed a new unit. The pricing was fair and the work was done quickly. After running for one day, my 89 year old mother in law's A/C quit blowing cold air. When I arrived I knew we were in trouble as there was a 3 foot fountain of water erupting from her roof . This deluge was running down the roof and onto the side walk. I called another A/C contractor in town and was told that the soonest they could get to me was in 6 days as all their technicians were busy. I then called Total Comfort and the office manager put me in touch with the field supervisor. He told me how to turn off the water which I did (a valve above the water heater) and promised to send someone out that afternoon. Turned out all his techs were busy also so he came out himself and fixed the problem. The water was leaking under pressure from a hole in the plastic water inlet line where it exits the roof. The plastic line was replaced with a copper line. This fixed the problem and the air conditioner was once again blowing cool air. But wait...there's more! If the that hole had been one inch lower the water under pressure would have gone into the attic space damaging the ceiling and possible flooding the house. The new line was re-routed so that this will not be an issue in the future. He also noted that the A/C pads needed replacement and promised to send a tech out in the morning to take care of that. He was as good as his word as a technician showed up early the next morning well groomed and dressed in a clean uniform, replaced the pads, and tuned up the air conditioner. It has never run better and the price was very reasonable. In the future I will look no further than Total Comfort for my home heating and cooling needs. From the second I spoke with their secretary to the completion of the job I can honestly say they are a great set of people. First time using them and what a gem of a company this is! They couldn't come the day I called for a leaking A/C, but scheduled me for early the next day. They happened to have a cancellation and put me in for the same day, Donavan was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to secure some things that were never taken care of!!! He was polite and informative as well. We will continue to use them for my house, my rental and a house we oversee for the owner. He also didn't mind wearing shoe covers to protect our carpet!
