We seemed to see the cart girl every couple of holes, which was awesome. She was nice, made great cocktails, and was quick. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. Between us, we had the French Dip, two of the different burgers, the BLT, the Club, and a few other things. All of it was great food. The customer service from the Pro Shop, to the bartender, to the cart guys was great. The carts were clean and well-stocked. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. Specifically the fairways were terrible, the tee boxes were not just uneven but lacked any sort of grass that resembled a somewhat healthy tee off area. This could be a far superior course but lacked the proper care to charge these prices. It would be difficult to recommend this course to friends or anyone else... what a shame.

They are working very hard on tee boxes, greens, places that dry up. And the topography on this course makes the "dry up" a very real thing and they are working incredibly hard to keep that at bay. From the top down in their personnel, they are all working to make this the best experience possible for anyone who comes here. Do not blame management for a difficult course. This will keep you humble at times, but that's part of the challenge. From the people who meet and greet you at the carts to the people in the pro shop, the food and beverage people downstairs all the way to the top of management...there is a new purpose and vision for what this course can be and they are stopping at nothing to make sure it happens. Looking forward to changes from now to the end of the year as well as next year. They just keep chipping off things that haven't been dealt with for a while. Well done BMR!

The experience is one of rural community where you go to get away from it all! Not to impress others with your outfit or gear but one to enjoy a good game! The prices are excellent! They have senior and military discounts. A country club that serves great food and drinks. They have ample golf carts to rent. You will experience a technical and relatively tough course with hills, valleys, turns, ponds and probably some wind. You will also experience an incredible view of wheat fields, beautiful trees and gorgeous skies! If you want to stay awhile they also have a small RV Park. And on top of it all the employees are fantastic! Cheerful and ready to help! This is a hidden gem that you will not be disappointed with!

It doesn't help that I was not on my game, so I will keep that in mind and I wasn't put in the best partner group... not by the course but by friends. So, as you read this... you please keep that in mind. Would I play here again, absolutely... as I need to give it another try. Will it be my first or on the top of the list to repeat, probably not.
