They even input my Social Security Number wrong and sent to the IRS. And when questioned about it they just said "oh it's ok, don't worry about it! Not a big deal! The IRS ended up soft auditing me and I had to hire another CPA professional firm to correct their mistakes for not filing things correctly. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these guys! Once he gave all of his tax information and power of attorney to Linda, she ghosted him. Sadly he passed away earlier this year and I am saddled with trying to take care of his taxes. I have called multiple times and left messages just to get his tax information and no return call. I have gone to the multiple locations to see if I could talk to someone in person and all locations have been closed. This wasn't an easy feat as I live in Colorado and drove to Santa Fe in order to get this issue resolved. What a terrible practice to avoid returning phone calls from someone that is just trying to settle her father's estate. I attempted to report her to the public accountancy board only to find that she isn't a certified public accountant. I'm not sure my father was aware of this fact either. It seems that my hands are tied and I will not be able to get my father's tax information from this woman. My hope is that she hasn't done something terrible to his taxes or worse. Additionally I hope that this review will help some other innocent person avoid the same mess that I am in. Thank you, Linda, for making this already awful time in my life that much harder. What an awful business.

That person won't return phone calls or email. I've paid significant money for preparation of past returns, you'd think they would return a call or an email.
