Again, I don't know if people came on off times but every time we walked in the main area it was kept clean and I watched the workers mop and vacuum constantly. The room was kept nice. However, the bed was ok and the pillows were too soft for me. I will say sleeping wasn't the best for me. They did have bunk beds for the kids which was nice. Nothing was luxurious in our room. Restaurants kinda lost a star for this place. Breakfast is definitely not worth 27 dollars. Thank god we bought the 20 dollar pre show tickets. It seemed like the food was fresh but wasn't the best foods. Juice was out of a machine. I'd say it was more like a 4. Dinner, we did at the fireside. Again, very expensive. The nachos were a miss we got last night. Just wasn't worth 20 dollars. They used chicken from their chicken meals. Fresh cut jalapeño corn etc. cheese was ehhh. Worker didn't seem the happiest to be there. The waterslides were cool. I went on the single rider fast one. That thing cut my back up. My daughter used the kiddie slides for the entire time. The area was kept clean. I didn't like the lockers were paid to use. I figured you pay enough for the hotel they kinda should just give you a locker. Now to the other attractions. The arcade is small. There are chances to win tickets. The employee worked the arcade was Ray. Ray was a super star! I won't say what Ray did but it was very sweet for my daughter. Ray has people skills. Alex, who is the manager of attractions was also very nice. He also helped out and hooked it up. Alex was concerned for my families fun well being and he made sure we were taken care of. Susan, who is usually over bowling was over the slides. Susan hooked it up tremendously. She was nice, funny, and very outgoing. Susan shows why she cares about you. She gave us her last pass and didn't even bat an eye. This is why this place got a 5 and not a 4 star review. It was especially noticeable when the wave pool was activated, and at times the smell was so strong that it made it uncomfortable to stay inside and enjoy the water park for a long time. It may have been related to the busy summer season, but for us, the odor was a significant issue because it took away from the enjoyment of what should be one of the main attractions. A space of 12 feet for the diving boards, a lower and higher one. Obviously the higher diving board will create a harder impact going into the water. I got water in ears of mine twice off the diving boards. First time fizzled out, second time needed hydrogen peroxide when I got home. The ladder out of pool isn't so easy to climb. I did try both Water slides. The yellow tubed one was super fast. The blue one was open air and slower. You could feel the grooves where sections of slide were put together on your back when going down the slides. Also, you did not dispense into a pool at bottom of slide but stayed in your lane which made for an abrupt landing and not so easy to get up and out! :) kids under the height requirement could handle the blue slide! :)

We packed a cooler of drinks (la croix and some harder bevvies for the adults in our group), sandwiches, and snacks, and headed to this park for the afternoon. There was a large kids pool that was at most 3 1/2 feet deep, with a bunch of squirting machines and a giant wheel that dumps water. My nephews and niece really enjoyed this one, and it was large enough that there was still room to swim around and have fun. There was also a nice ledge along the back side of the pool (away from the attractions) so you can comfortably sit! There was also a large pool (that was much colder!) with lap lanes, an area to hang/swim, and a high and low diving board. There was always a small line for the diving boards, the kids were having so much fun! On top of all that, there are 2 water slides and an infant pool. The pool areas are well-staffed with lifeguards who were on top of keeping an eye on everything, blowing the whistle to get the attention of people, making sure kids were walking not running, and keeping the area safe. There's also a good blend of chairs in the sun and picnic type tables in the shade. We had a blast here and it's a great place for a family fun day!

And really relaxing and peaceful. I look to Four Seasons to help me unwind from a busy schedule and day to day interruptions. I find that really exists at Naples. The sand is white, and the ocean is right at your feet. The sunset is unobstructed from the deck off our room, and from our bed. Really cool. There was cheering from the bar patrons when the suns last light fell behind the ocean. It was beautiful. The pastry chef makes the best cinnamon rolls at brunch. Staff is always within reach, and the manager was present throughout our stay. They have opened a nice coffee shop cafe on premise that is really convenient and the coffee is excellent. The balcony is screened in, and you sort of look at a golf course, but not really. The star of the hotel are all of the pools. I didn't have time to get in and swim, but there were probably at least 3 different pools plus a massive lazy river. If you have kids this is a great spot for them to hangout all day. There is a restaurant with drinks that is where you check in at. Overall, a pretty nice place to stay. You can't walk to restaurants or bars really from here. The breathtaking views, being steps from the sand, the resort water park (which was SO much fun!), golf cart rides, arcade, the beach, pools, and just having so much to do make it such an incredible place for families. There's truly something for everyone. The restaurants are really good, and of course the kids loved getting ice cream at Scoops and Slices. And the customer service is just as special as the place itself. We had a small hiccup this trip, and that's when we had the pleasure of meeting Chrissy at the front desk. I was really disappointed that our reservation and room weren't up to par, but I called and she took immediate action. She not only took care of the issue, she genuinely helped make our stay better. She was so kind to my family and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is incredible. I only hope that when we come back next summer, we get the pleasure of having Chrissy there again, honestly, It's people like her who make us love this place so much. The amenities here are priceless, but more than anything, we love the feeling this place gives us. It's truly the best place we've stayed in all of Florida.
