I saw the reviews on Facebook and thought I'd give them a try considering everything looked great. I called Kevin, I assume the owner, and he scheduled me for a few days later(05/19/15) which was awesome. I was told the starting price for an interior detail only was $110 and then $40/hour. Interior detail included carpets & seats vacuumed and cleaned, the interior & doors steamed to loosen any dirt, etc. My car wasn't in super bad shape, I've had it for 6 years, so there was some ware and tear & maybe a few soda stains lol. I dropped my car off the evening before for my 9AM appointment the next day. About 3:30, I had called to check the status considering they would be closing at 5 and my husband and I were out of the area for a little while that day. Kevin told me that the car had taken longer than expected because of the hair/stains/etc and knocked off a half hour from the total. My grand total came to $180.20. Kind of a shocker because I didn't think my car was in that bad of shape. I was able to pay over the phone considering we wouldn't make it back in time before they closed and he was able to leave my car unlocked with my key under the mat. I peeked in and it looked gorgeous. Got in the car and noticed my center console below the radio/air controls. DIRTY. Looked like they hadn't touched it(picture provided). Drove home and decided to inspect a little more. I'm not anal when it comes to everything being exactly right, but $180 isn't chump change & the car should be spotless considering it had been there from 9(technically the night before) to closing time. Other than the center console, the area around the emergency brake and the gearshift were obviously not touched. I was pretty annoyed by this time considering I had to go behind them and clean it myself. Fast forward to the next morning.....today(05/20/15). Got in my car to head out of town for the day and noticed my driver's side seat was DIRTY! Now, I understand that seats/carpet look different once they dry. But this was bad. Looked worse than when I had dropped my car off! I called Kevin about a half hour after they opened the shop because I didn't want to be that annoying first call of the day & these were the excuses I got. As far as the center console below the radio and air controls, I was told that the dirt/crumbs may have gotten there while he was vacuuming the seats & that they use a toothbrush to clean the crevices. YEAH RIGHT. I used my nail and a wet wipe and it took care of the issue. I mentioned the area around the emergency brake and the gearshift and nothing was really said. I then mentioned the driver's side seat looking absolutely dirty. He explained that he couldn't remove the seat, therefore it was tough to get at the stains. Also, they don't know what the seats will look like until they're completely dry. When it came to the center console/gearshift/emergency brake areas, I asked why there wasn't a final check?!! I mean, they were obviously dirty!!! His reason was because they had finished my car close to closing time and that it may have been overlooked. Oookay. That excuse is gonna go over real well with a paying customer. Long story short, I didn't ask for my money back...I had no chance to. He offered me to come back to have the seat re-cleaned & the other issues re-cleaned the same day i'd take it in and to bring something to sit on because the seat would be wet. No thanks. It's not like we live in the area and I have the time to have them fix something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Very very disappointed and I will not return.

I had my two front windows tinted here at 35% which is MD state law. The display in their lobby was…read morelabeled "legal". I said I want it legal. Even my receipt said 35%. This means it should test at 35%. They are supposed to account for the tint in the factory windows. When I got my car inspected my tint was 31%. This caused my car to fail inspection. So I went back and all they would do is take it off. They would not replace their product with the correct tint and fix their mistake. Now I have to pay again to have my windows tinted correctly. This is simply my honest experience. I do not recommend. They respond to all complaints in a very defensive and condescending manner. They aim to discredit the customer when they have made a mistake. They have a history of not being honorable when anyone complains. Response- Why on earth would I make this up or lie? I never said you were being deceitful. You guys simply made a mistake which you are unable to admit to. You jump to a defensive posture and make false allegations against me. You resort to insults. At no point was I insulting towards you, but you can't help but react emotionally. Being in business for 28 years does not make you immune to mistakes. I'm not going to call you as you suggested. You had an opportunity to do the right thing but chose not to. So now I'm going to share my honest experience which is my right as a consumer.

Went back today to get it corrected and told them to just correct the passenger side and instead of replacing the visor, to just get rid of it because it looked like a rainbow and was illegal (came down way past the legal limit). They ended up re-tinting the passenger side with a darker tent than they had done on the driver side, so it looks stupid and is illegal on one side. The passenger side also has bubbles after the re-tint. They also left all kinds of residue all over my front windshield from where the visor was and junk on my dash. Save your money and go to Dr. Tint!!! See the pic of the difference in percentage of tint.

They also recommended adding a tint strip across the top of my windshield. It added a few dollars to the bill, but afterwards found it to be worth it. 30 minutes later my job was completed. Fast service. Tint matched my rear factory tint perfectly. Only issue. After leaving I Found a bubble on the driver's door window. I Drove back and they removed the bubble. A little inconvenience, but the windows look great. I recommend giving them a try. I should add that I had my windows tinted several months ago. My statement about my windows looking great is my current observation. I should also mention. I had washed my car just before stopping which I'm guessing made it better for the tint installation.
