We went from fixing my short haircut, to cool pixie, to do-whatever-you-want-Autumn, to let's grow it out, to wash 'n' wear, to fringe bangs, to purple, and to lets let the purple fade and the bangs grow in. We went through her wrist fracture, and then her deciding to go to Alaska and work with sled dogs. (Yes, she did that, and it's amazing that she did.) We went through my multiple job changes, and general growing up. Back to the hair: It was amazing. I have no idea how she does it -- I have weird kinky/wavy hair that's not coarse, but is thick. I should make you all aware that SHE HAS THIS TYPE OF HAIR AND KNOWS WHAT TO DO WITH IT!!!!!!! She's an artist, a goddess, a master of her craft. When it was time to pay, I had a gift card. It was expired but the owner still accepted the gift card, which I really appreciated. The only reason I took a star off is because there were no candles or essential oils used when I was getting my massage. The room smelled like wet tennis shoes, which wasn't great. I wish they would have used some kind of aromatherapy scents like I've had at other spas I've been to. Other than that, this is a great little spa and I would visit her again.
