A Masterclass in Incompetence and Poor Communication…read more I am writing this review to detail the profoundly unprofessional and ethically questionable conduct of real estate agent Randy Schulenburg, who represented the seller of a condo I wished to purchase. The sequence of events was as follows: My agent submitted my good-faith offer to Randy Schulenburg. The seller received our offer. Randy Schulenburg informed us that a "second offer" had materialized and instructed us to come back with our "best and final" offer by 5 PM the next day. Within less than two hours of this instruction, the property's status was changed to "Pending" on Realtor.com. Confused, my agent called Randy Schulenburg to inquire what was happening. He provided no explanation for the conflicting information but told her that we could still submit our best and final offer. We did exactly as he said and submitted an improved offer. After submitting, we heard nothing. My agent sent numerous emails asking for any update. After this period of unprofessional silence, Randy Schulenburg finally got back to her simply to state that the seller had accepted "the first offer." The complete lack of transparency is unacceptable. The entire "best and final" exercise, initiated after the property was already pending, appears to have been a complete fiction and performance art masquerading as real estate sales. The greatest indictment comes from my own agent, who stated that in her 30-year career, she had never encountered anything nearly as questionable as this. I cannot recommend Randy Schulenburg under any circumstances. My experience suggests you cannot trust the information he provides or the processes he manages. Dealing with him was a frustrating and shady experience that cost us time and emotional energy. Exercise extreme caution.

She cares. I mean, truly cares about your experience and getting the right home at a perfect price for you. This was the first house my wife and I have ever bought. We were nervous and excited. We worked with another realtor (and lender) before meeting Nikki and our experience with this other person was very poor. They rushed us through every house, wasn't prepared, and consistently looked pissed that we hadn't bought a house with them yet (after looking at maybe 10). Nikki matched our energy and brought exciting homes to the table. Prepared everything ahead of time. Took her time and gave us her undivided attention. On top of that, she recommend a lender who was able to bring our interest rate down from 5.8% to 3.8%. And, of course, she helped my wife and I find a spectacular house in our budget next to the lake that is still too-good-to-be-true. Is she the best? Yes. But don't take my word for it...
