The sites have been filled with loose gravel so some people have issues getting their rv's level and parked. They could of used a better rock, that will compact. The laundry has only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Half the time at least one of them is not working For as many campers that they have here they could if invested in more machines and make the laundry room larger. You feel like your in a closet. Overall it's a nice place for kids with all the activities for them. I hate the fireworks and booms.

Firstly, our…read morecampsite was marked as a full hookup but the dump tank hookup was so destroyed we could not use it. We still got charged for a full hookup up site. We called for a refund because we could not use the site as it was being advertised and were ignored. Later in the day, the sewer hookup for the site next to us began OVERFLOWING with raw sewage/whatever was coming out of the sewer hookup. We called the camp site multiple times but there was no fix being made. This is a public safety hazard, and there was a creek about 30 feet away, meaning that this camp area was draining sewer matter into the surrounding area's water. This weekend was not great for the resort, it rained so hard later on that the creek completely overflowed. I will give this group a compliment on the fact that they did handle the situation the best that they could. The activities and the pool were nice. But, none of this excuses the fact that there was sewage material flooding out of the ground onto our campsite. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't handle it. We have an elderly dog and we were extremely fearful that she was going to contract something from walking around our own site because of the waste flooding out of the ground. Everyone can make their own decisions on whether they visit this campsite but make sure to keep this in mind.

We decided on a deluxe site with a concrete patio, a fire pit and a picnic table and it was $70 per night. They use camp spot so you will pay an additional five dollar fee for that registration. Others have mentioned they are pretty strict that if you arrive early will be charged $15 since they need to recover electric and water charges. They did not charge us this for our early arrival, so maybe somebody was having a good day. There is a camp store that looks like they have quite a few snack options when we arrived they were serving barbecue sandwiches from 1 to 5 as well as a bingo game. They also let us know for Father's Day weekend. They would have live music by the water feature from 6 to 8 and the band is actually pretty good tonight! The fire pit on our side is in a weird location and is kind of closer to our neighbors than us so we probably won't be using that There is a fantastic pool here as well as a bounce house and kids have been enjoying it all day We love that the sites are nice and wide so you are not directly on top of your neighbor, although if I had the option, I would probably ask for a site in the back farthest part of the park away from all the noise I would highly recommend one of the spots with a concrete pad as when it rains here it gets pretty muddy. We had a big storm last night and I am very happy we paid extra for the concrete.

We've not only lost power for long periods of time that resulted in a $300 generator fuel expense on our part, but can not get a true electric bill or meter reading report upon request. We have requested a meter reading report after being "told" our latest bill equaled the previous month bill (yet we were off property for 3 weeks with our motor home ). I refused to pay the bill until I had documentation. We learned meter readings are not done the first day of the month, but whenever he got around to do it. My husband was informed if I call the owners we would be evicted. We received a notification an hour after the threat was made even though NO phone call was made (I guess I was hopeful that the manager would be forthright with dates, meter readings and bills). I was willing to pay what we owe upon documentation. The day after I got the written eviction notice, I called the phone number and got an automated service that gave 4 options. 1) make reservations 2)speak to property manager 3) directory by name. I tried 3 different names being told each was invalid. I did leave a voicemail, option 4, but no return call was made to us. As I researched our rights, we have none on a campground. The campground can evict on any reason they choose. So we are leaving because I wanted documentation of electric usage! Friends, this is NOT how you run a business or campground. A grounds/maintenance person is not an administrator. What owner doesn't Audit the books and employees? I don't think a hands off approach by owners is good business. PERIOD.

They popped up in my Google search for places near where we were. The owner was super helpful and was also mindful of making sure our last minute check in was contactless to maintain social distancing. The lake is closed right now due to Covid, but it looks lovely. The campground is clean and well maintained, plus every spot has a nice picnic table and a fire pit. We only needed a one night stop over, but it's now definitely on our list to come back to and spend more time there--especially once everything is able to open back up again. Our 8 year old was sad we had to leave! Thank you for a pleasant stay and a wonderful experience!

I understand that Rv life can be high end to trailer trash ! But give people that are visiting and paying some basic respect. After spending half a million on a RV do you want to be treated like a infant If ur not a local and don't want to drive to a state park or other Rv Park then this is for u.
