From the moment we walked in to when we left, everyone was very professional and friendly. They were totally invested in us enjoying our services. Not only are all of their services amazing, but the facility offers lots of activities you can do during your services. They have a hot tub, an ice room, sauna, needle shower, a relaxing seating area, and anything in between you might want or need on a spa day. I had a deep tissue massage & a manicure and both of my service providers did an amazing job. Melissa was my masseuse & Noelle was my nail tech & I would highly recommend both of them for services! I got to see my "gunkie" jar. They customize your facials or Hydrafacial to your skin and the ZO Skin Health line by Dr. Obagi has transformed my skin. I had a massage with Paul. He has the best massage hands ever. He also did this technique on me called Counterstrain to relive pain and inflammation in my back. I had instant relief. Counterstrain is amazing! It drains the lymphatic system and allows pain and inflammation/swelling to disappear. It helps with so many illnesses, ailments and speeds up recovery time after surgery. I went onto www.counterstrain.com like the staff showed me and it's incredible how many things it can help or heal. I also did the Japanese Head Spa. 1 hour of total relaxation as you receive an oil treatment, scalp scrub, mask with steam, shampoo/conditioner with hot towels, a foot sugar scrub and massage with lotion, blowout and style. It left my hair feeling amazing and very clean! I had a manicure/pedicure. She did a great job and she didn't hurt me! Slimwell Cocoon-I love that thing. It has 22 settings on it. From weight loss, cellulite loss, wellness, power nap, to brighten and cleanse. It also is great for pre/post massage. It has a near/mid/far infrared. Your head sticks out so you aren't claustrophobic. It does your whole body and face. It is so rejuvenating and healing for the body. Then last but not least, I did the 3-D biofeedback machine. Molly was amazing. She has this machine and it uses sound frequency to detect any allergens in the body. Any ailments or markers for illnesses. It is not painful. You're literally wearing headphones and this thing shows her a 3-D image from the top of your head to the sole of your feet. She can look at every organ and send sound frequency back into that area to heal from within. Then she gave me a report and told me what vitamins or changes in my diet I needed to make! She found my autoimmune in 45 mins and it took drs 12 years to find. Pretty incredible. I will come back time and time again to experience what I have experienced here. Now I hear they are offering more services soon. I believe it is hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, permanent makeup, laser hair reduction, and possibly more. The technician also painfully jabbed underneath my nail while cleaning under the nail bed. He then insisted on buffing my nails, even though I didn't ask for it, and the buffing left scratches all over my nail beds. To top it off, he reeked of cigarette smoke throughout the appointment. This was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be returning. I do Not recommend!!
