DO NOT GO HERE. Paid $20. for their "New, most expensive tanning machine". The girl working, Lauren, showed me the button used to lower the top and left me in the room. When the lights came on the face bronzer didn't light up. I actually climbed out and told the girl the face bronzer lights didn't come on. She said "oh I don't know, they will..." and left. The lights never came on. I asked her for a refund. She rolled her eyes and said "We don't do that". I asked for a complimentary tan session. "We don't do that". I asked her who the owner is. "We don't give out that information". Now I know why. She told me to leave my phone number and the owner would call me back. I told Lauren if I didn't get a refund I would write a "scathing" review". THEN, about 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the owner, Lauren's mother. She was screaming that she was going to call the police on me because, she claimed, I put my hands on her daughter. I did not. These people are off the wall crazy. Then I find out they were charging my friend's credit card without his permission. Not only is this place un-ethical, machines are broken and they won't, obviously fix them, and they are trying to deflect their ethical responsibilities onto me by threatening to lie to the police. read more
