My problem is that they made no effort to reschedule and so I found an appointment for the next day online with someone else- then when I realized it wasn't going to work with my kids schedule I called to cancel it. Ashley answered the phone and said fine we won't charge you because it's for your kids and I laughed and said yeah and that'd be ridiculous if I was charged because you guys cancelled on me first and no one reached out to reschedule. She just went on to be extremely cold and harsh about everything- "unsympathetic" like another reviewer said and instead of trying to reschedule me she hung up on me. I have told them I want to cancel my membership but they said they would not refund my money for that month and I have yet to receive any confirmation it's cancelled and I won't get charged next month.
