I don't get in that often but usually…read moresomewhere in the dead of February, when it's -30 out and I have a craving for sunshine, I'll head to Koala Tan for a 6-minute blast of artificial sunshine goodness. Facilities are very clean, non-seedy. Staff is generally friendly, non-attitude. Ample free parking in the lot outside. Appointments not always necessary, and if you have to wait, there's a coffee table full of entertainment mags to keep you busy and a giant stuffed koala mascot that you can pet.

It was on the pricier side but I didn't mind as I felt the ambience alone made up for it but after frequenting this salon I noticed I developed a skin condition from using the beds, which was unfortunate because I really did enjoy the salon. After i stopped going to the salon the condition quickly went away, the dr's I went to said it can happen when beds are not cleaned with the proper solution (eg/ Windex) With more then ample parking and a great staff and environment I really wanted to love this salon but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be :(

They have 3 different services- sunbed, red light (collagen boost light), and spray tan. Also this location is open until 10pm which is amazing for me since I work late. First, the facial did not last 1.5 hr. The Aesthetician arrived late and facial began late - no apology and no extension of time lost. Also, Aesthetician ended facial several minutes early. I believe I lost about 15 minutes. Also, I did not get an infusion of nutrients, instead, I was given a mask and told to keep it on until the next morning. The last 20 minutes of the facial was spent with the mask on and I left with the mask on. I was told that my skin will glow and be soft for a week - not true! I left the mask on until the next morning. In the morning, my skin was breaking out and did not feel smooth. I was able to calm my skin with Seaflora products that I use. I contacted the Owner, and she offered a 20% discount on another facial - Why would I want to return and have another bad experience!
