I'm 24 female been coming here for a year now. ASK FOR SU!!! She's amazing light/medium pressure. If you want stronger pressure go morning/midday. If you want lighter pressure go after 5pm. I was so nervous to go so I hope my review helps someone else wanting to go but too scared. Once you check-in they lead you to one of the massage beds. You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! I've been to this place many times. I come here because it's an open room. So you can see that there wouldn't be any funny business going on. Because there aren't any back rooms. Without an appointment, I usually get helped right away. I will say every masseuse is different. I am always asked, "if it's okay". If they are too light or too hard, then the customer didn't speak up. They do ask for a minimum $10 tip. But they put in hard work and they deserve it. A fancy massage would cost a lot more. So for a deep tissue massage that clears out all your knots, this has helped me time and time again. I will always come back because of the price point and service. read more

I decided to take another visit to this place recently and was pleasantly surprised. The price of $35 plus $10 mandatory tip, did mot increase as the male receptionist had told it was. So, that was good. The service area is about the same. It is a comfortable setting, even if it is not private. They do have two private areas, but that was not a big deal for me. I was given service by Mary, who is a very professional and nice lady. She was extremely thorough and has strong hands. I was very pleased with her timing and attention to my areas that needed more attention. I strongly recommend this place, as the $45 total amount is a very fair amount for the session. read more

Do not recommend. The massage was ok, not great, actually a little rough. The problem is when I went to pay. They have a sign that a $10 tip is greatly appreciated. I tipped 20% of $55 which I felt was appropriate for the service but they chased me back to the front desk and asked for more. I've never been chased and demanded more tip by anyone. I gave a couple extra dollars and they rolled their eyes at me. This was well over 20% but they didn't want me to leave till I paid more (which they never disclosed exactly how much more they wanted). I have never in my life been treated so horribly. I went in for a 60 minute foot massage as I received a gift card. What I received was more of a 20 minute foot massage and then a back 'massage'. I was unaware this was not just a foot massage place. It was a very hard massage and I was sore the following day. Also the masseuse was hard to understand and apparently wanted me to take my top off but I could not understand her so she just grabbed it and pulled if off. The man at the front ran our credit card but charged us less, which we questioned--and again confirmed we were doing the 90-minute massage. Then another woman came in and told us it was only for 60 minutes. When we tried to clarify, the staff became visibly annoyed and had an attitude with us. The services are good for what they are, there is nothing fancy, pretty straightforward. One large room about 15 beds. Things to keep in my mind. Tip is cash only and mandatory! My husband and I paid 100.00 for 2 massages, which is a good deal, however as i mentioned, it is straightforward. Since we didn't know tip was cash only we gave them 20.00 which is 20% tip (it was the only cash we had at hand). The ladies came to the reception and demanded more, If I could have added it to the card i would have tipped more because I do realize that they are working hard for their money. However, tips are supposed to be up to the customer and 20% is acceptable. We ran to the bank, and my sweet husband gave an additional 20.00. So they each got 40% tip. This seems a bit too much to expect when the environment is just not up to that level. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. This business requires a $10 gratuity on a $35 service PRIOR to receiving the service (via credit card). The sign on the wall says "appreciated" but when I wanted to run my card for $40 they said no, $45. I said no, and he took my card out of the machine and gave it back to me. When he handed me a $10 bill back, I asked for 2-$5's instead. I had a $1 bill in my other hand and when he spotted it, he pointed to a sign that said $10 gratuities - followed by something like appreciated, maybe. I doubt it said required. I was too upset to see the exact wording. That is over a 30% tip. Had the massage been very good I might have tipped more, but in my mind 20% or $6 was sufficient. Great place for an affordable, deep tissue massage. Some therapists are better than others. I go to Peter and he does a great job, however, I do prefer stronger/more pressure in my massages. Once you figure out who fits your style best, this is so worth making a routine out of. The massage is done in a large dimly lit room with several beds. I recommend women wear stretchy pants or shorts and tank tops for better back and neck access. Paul is the best there is. IF you enjoy extremely deep massages. I go to him weekly, sometimes twice weekly... I'm a 5'0 girl and can handle it. Some of these reviews about him are making me laugh, but I do agree he is hardcore. He is usually efforting so hard that he is sweating on me lol. I come in every once in a a while for a 1 hour full body massage and I love it! The ladies there are super strong and I always ask for a hard massage and they deliver. I came here to get a massage, I had to schedule it the same day, 30 dollars for a full body massage for an hour that is a hell of a deal, it is nice and sanitary, I never got a massage like this. I came in did not know what to expect, It was good like the head massage, the feet, and the calves, I also like the hot stone. The rest of it was really painful, maybe I was tense, I felt like plato or like a pretzel , I was in pain. I guess that is how it is suppose to feel I am going to go next time and ask for less intense massage but overall it is worth it and the price. Been visiting Sun Spring for a while. They offer $25, 1-hr full body "foot massages" in a group-room setting. They incorporate hot stones, oils, and relaxing music. Make sure to wear a tank top for comfort! If the intensity is ever too great, just ask them to adjust (which I have to do every time). My favorite part is the face massage!
