My first impression was that the salon is beautiful on the outside and inside! It feels like you're on an actual retreat and that's a huge plus. They were actually remodeling when I visited, they were rearranging some aspects of the salon to make a better experience for their customers. It was overall very clean and had a relaxing vibe. I actually went with my friend to her waxing appointment. Which sounds weird in hindsight, but she was only getting her legs and arm pits waxed so nothing too personal haha! I've never been waxed, so I wanted to see what the experience is actually like. To my delight her waxing lady is a true delight. Myra was SO sweet and made what could be an uncomfortable (and painful!) experience, really fun and comfortable. We talked about our weekend plans, traveling, and yummy food. She was definitely a joy and I can't wait to make an appointment with her in the future! Overall it was a great experience, a beautiful salon, and very affordable! Overall the salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. The actual experience of getting a manicure was very pleasant but I could only give three stars because it's already chipping. I can understand a little chip but I've had three nails peel completely up at the edges and it's been 3 days. The whole reason I spend extra on gels/shellac is because it last so much longer that regular polish. I'm really upset about wasting this money. I will say that my brows were waxed perfectly and I highly recommend that service. read more

Patty is the best ever! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone needing waxing. Very professional but also really funny and friendly. I always look forward to going to see her. The salon itself is really nice and clean, with relaxing but modern decor. I've never once had an issue booking an appointment or waiting too long to be taken back. I know they're full service, nails, hair, skin care, the whole 9 yards but I haven't tried any of their services yet. Even if I never do, this place will always be my favorite thanks to Patty. Beautiful spa, extremely pleasant front desk staff. Very welcoming environment. I went for my first brazillian waxing. The waxer, Sarah Cossel, was kind and the experience wasn't as bad as I had expected. Being my 1st time I didn't know what to expect. However, I was surprised when I still had wax stuck to my area even though I was "cleaned up" afterward. When I got home I discovered several very obvious areas that we missed. This was disappointing since I paid $65 for this to be done. I did call and inform the staff of this. They were kind and said they would speak to Sarah about it. I will continue to get waxed but will choose another spa ONLY because of the poor job that was done. I have heard good things about their other services. read more

Was given a gift card to use at my own leisure well when I went to use the card was told it had an expiration date after pulling the card away from the present it was attached to I found out it had expired will never do business with again and will tell all friends and relatives to never use this place shady practices. read more
