They have all these random rules so you'll pay more for tanning. Their website doesn't make the rules clear.

Stopped in for the first time on the 18th of April to set up a couple of sessions to put some starter color on my "Winter " white hide. Having lived in Alaska for 30+ years I am very familiar with the tanning process. I was totally impressed with the girl at the front counters attitude and patience explaining STC and their plans. The facility is flawlessly clean with a very well organized layout. I would highly recommended STC and plan to keep them at the top of my list for tanning. read more

I came in after I tried doing a tanning booth at a local fitness establishment. I struggle with booth tanning, not a fan. With vacation on the way I wanted to look Tan so my Friend works here and suggested sunless tanning. I came in and was greeted by some of the SWEETEST girls ever. I was a little anxious because I've never done this before and was afraid I was going to come out looking like an orange. Everything was explained PERFECTLY to me!! My Tan LOOKS INCREDIBLE. So I'm going back on Friday to have a boost and going to Mexico in 9 days!!! Thank you so much ladies for your help. This place was amazing. So clean and helpful. I was on my way to the Concord Sun Tan City , a 40 minute drive for me. I call on the way to make sure that they are still going to be open. This was at 7:45pm. The girl on the phone said they close at 8:30pm, which I thought was very strange bc every STC always closes at 9pm. Anyways, I walk in at 8:05pm, doors unlocked, and the girl with the long blonde hair told me they are closed and she refused me service. I was extremely irritated as I had called 20 minutes prior to make sure that I would make it on time and I was told they closed at 8:30pm. I believe when I called she told me they close at 8:30 bc she was eager to get home, and then ended up shutting down the machines even earlier than that because she probably didn't expect any more customers. Extremely unprofessional, I have been tanning with STC for 6 years (mostly at the Stratham location) and frequently tan late at night towards their closing time and have never had this issue before. Manager is rude and unprofessional. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a tanning salon.

Horrible customer service from the manager. I've been Battling with them since October over charging me a year for fees I never used while out of the country serving our country . Been given the run around by them and their companies financial services . Guess that's how they treat someone who have them service for over 5 years . read more
