Horrible ending . Was good when they were open but closed owing me thousands . Not impressed

horrible. they destroyed my lips permanently. stay away from this place! i filed against them at the bbb and the owner immediately reached out stating she would absolutely be issuing me the refund i deserved. then she went silent for months not responding to me or the bbb. she contacted me 7 months later and denied ever offering me a refund even though i had proof of the message still in my phone and a screenshot. they stole $800 from me and destroyed my face forever. kristen does not know how to do lip filler or botox. dont trust them!!!!! go to bombshell or the lip bunny!!!!!!! its worth the extra money to not have permanent damage and migration of your filler 5 weeks later and then be told by several different places they wont touch you because whoever did this damage, caused you to not be able to have filler placed again or it will pool and immediately migrate unless you have plastic surgery fix your lips first. i am in contact with a personal injury firm because of this outcome. save yourself the risk. go somewhere reputable!!!!!!! ​ read more

I have been going to Concord Medspa for a few years (took me this long to realize they should not be in business). I have been getting Botox and although it started out okay, the past 3 or 4 visits have been nothing but excuses when they don't have Botox in stock when I arrive. They give me an alternative, Dysport, which worked out okay. Other times they would call me on the day of my appointment and say they are out of Botox, or the nurse is out. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday, which had already been rescheduled because of a nurses sick child. They text me 3 hours before my appointment to say they don't have Botox or Dysport, but then say they have Xeomin. Ok, here we go. When I called them they said they don't even have that in stock now! What? Really? You just said you did. What kind of a place that does injectables does not have any supply in stock, like ever, especially when they specifically said they did? Do they not know how to plan for all of these appointments that are scheduled. It's not like we are just walk-ins and then they run out of product. I am obviously not the only person this is happening to. This place should not be in business if they can't handle the few patients that they get. I will now be taking my business to a great place in Bedford where they know what they're doing. They plan ahead like a professional medspa should. Where do I begin? I started laser hair removal treatments here about two years ago. From my first appointment, I was burned (I had full bikini, and legs done and was burned in the former region). I called to let them know and sent a pic of the burn and they confirmed I had, in fact, been burned. I was told to just put aquaphor on it (this would be the answer for all my burn inquiries). It wasn't healing so I actually had to go to a walk-in to get it checked out and was prescribed a burn cream. A few sessions later, I was burned again but because the burns healed okay, I didn't make an issue of it. Besides the multiple burns I got, I have to say, the first provider/technician only covered half the area she was supposed to for the whole cost of the treatment area. I mentioned this, so they were nice enough to add a few free treatments. When I saw a different technician, she was surprised how much area the first technician had failed to treat. Unfortunately, she got a little laser happy and decided to laser right on top of the tanned tops of my feet. I was in pain (obviously), so I didn't question it at the time. I knew, however, that you DO NOT laser on tanned skin. It was on the waiver I had to sign when I began: STAY OUT OF THE SUN. A day later, I developed horrendous blood blisters on the tops of both of my feet. This curtailed my swimming for the summer and because I was being re-treated on the leg area as well, I had to cover up completely any area of my skin that would be in the sun. I sent the owner pics of the tops of my feet and complained about the technician lasering tanned skin. I later found out that the technician who did that was filling in for my technician and at the location she works, THERE IS NO LASER. Her response: We cannot treat you anymore. She sent me a check for $200 and asked to split ways. I didn't let it rest. I asked to speak to their so-called "medical director" and there was no response. I doubt the guy has even visited the spa once. Bottom line: do not go here if you prefer not to get permanently scared on visible places of your skin and don't want to waste your time. read more

Before my 1st appointment could be scheduled or any info given, I was told I must pay $50+ in advance. Since I've had a bad summer with injuries/ rehab from an accident, my priority is to be kind to myself. This consultation/ skin evaluation is to discuss options for future treatments and scheduled over a week in advance! Today finally arrives--so excited!!! As I walk out my front door, ConcordMedSpa texts to cancel it. Only 1 hr ahead! My consultant isn't there [sick], but that's the earliest you can call to cancel a midday appt? No apology for this last-minute cancellation. The voice at the other end just seems confused when I call back. Plus, I must push to reschedule another appt! I was 1st told none were available; then told to try Manchester! I had to persist [politely] to even get re-rescheduled: Now, the new appt is another week away! After this surprise disappointment, here's my concern: IF it's the level of professionalism a brand new client receives for her pre-scheduled, 'paid in advance' appointment, how will I be treated if their treatment is equally unprofessional? This was my first experience getting lip filler and i have to say i would absolutely reccomend this place!! They were so amazing throughout the entire process it was such a relaxing environment and trust me when i say no one would discribe me as relaxed on a normal basis lol !!! Can't deliver what they sell when it comes to Botox. They say they will guarantee their work but they don't. They use a generic Botox, not the real thing but only tell you when you are already there and expecting a treatment. Lovely staff who promise so much. Very disappointing. read more

I had a few problems with a neck thread lift I received there with my ear going numb and pain in my ear I called to make a follow up appointment to discuss issues, I had a tela health appointment I waited a hour and a half for her finally hung up hours later she told me through email she was busy with her kids and couldn't get to my appointment... unprofessional.. I have never had an appointment that I sat and waited for to here such an unprofessional no show email and needless to say I'm still unhappy with the procedure I received there. read more

Horrible......just horrible. My wife had been wanting to try some Botox or fillers for a long time. I was up in the air about it but I figured if my wife wanted to feel more youthful for herself not me then who am I to say no. I finally figured I would just go get her a gift certificate so she could decide which treatments she wanted. I googled Botox near me and this place came up first for some reason (maybe alphabetical). This place and owner are a MESS! First of all this "spa" is wedged in by a pain and methadone clinic of some sort. There were a bunch of sketchy people hanging around that honestly I wasn't comfortable near me....never mind my wife. Cigarettes all over the ground to the entrance ugh. I finally weaved my way through the drug seekers and I got inside the "spa". Yikes the place was DIRTY and smelled like a pet shop. I waited at the cash register and were talking to some people who were in there but nobody really knew too much. I did hear a woman leave somewhat upset as her session couldn't be completed as they didn't have enough supplies or something and it gave me a red flag. I was a little concerned about this place but kept thinking about making my wife of 25 years happy so I waited at the desk. Eventually an employee came over and I asked for a fairly large gift certificate to be purchased. The woman at the counter rolled her eyes and said she could not give me one as they were all out. I took a deep breath and tried to be understanding as it was the holidays and places can be busy but the woman at the desk then was completely rude and notified me I couldn't even get a credit or something written so my wife could still come in. I was a little taken back and offended at the actions so I decided to leave. On my way out I asked someone waiting who the lady at the desk was. Apparently it was the OWNER! I was and still not impressed and will not be going there to spend my hard earned money. Plenty of great, clean, and prepared spas around this area I'm sure. I hope they can clean their act up as I never like seeing businesses fail but I have low hopes for this place in the Concord NH area. read more
