Went to go cash in my birthday free spray tan and was told I couldn't cash in it because you I have to go the exact day I went last year which doesn't even make sense. Almost every single time I'm there, it's an hour wait for a spray tan. About to cancel my membership. Either expand this location or add one in Portsmouth. Also they are often randomly closed. So I'm here from CA on a business trip and I looked at the website and it said that they close at 9:00pm. I show up at 7:45 and hopes to get a tan session and they told me they closed 15 minutes ago. Had I have known that I would've made sure I was there before 730pm. On top of that the lady who was working was a little rude and when I asked what time they opened the next day she said "I think 8" So I would just recommend that you hire employees that know the hours of operation. And also get someone who knows how to change the time on the website- come on!!! It's not that hard! Anyway- I will just take my $ somewhere else! read more

0 stars for the service I received, but 1 star for the evening my skin tone with the spray tan (which is becoming blotchy because she didn't tell me to put lotion on that was apparently in the room). I came in on a Friday night (may 13th) for my first spray tan. The worker, girl with brunette hair knew that it was my first time ever tanning or spray tanning, did not help me at all. I did not get a tour or even a small talk of what to do or any tips. Apparently this is not the first time since a friend of mine had the same experience with the same girl on his first time. Oh well, guess I won't be coming here again, not sure why anyone new would since they aren't welcoming. By the way I am a light to medium skin, and I did medium clear as the color of my spray tan. read more

I'm confused. I got a spray tan (medium, tinted) two days ago and there's absolutely no color on me. Usually I can really tell when I get a spray tan immediately with the tint but I just assumed maybe it had to develop or something when I left with no color. I washed off the next day in the shower and I couldn't see any color rinsing off in the water like I usually can. I don't know if their medium is just like SO light or if I got sprayed with just like clear water by accident. The woman who helped me was really pleasant and helpful when I was signing up for my membership so I gave it 2 stars because of her! But I felt too bad to say anything when I came out with no color because she had gone to some trouble to fix my membership. Has this happened to anyone else? read more

Friendly staff and very clean tanning beds and rooms....only downside is it's a little pricey.

After buying the tour of the city my 6 yr old was diagnosed with the flu. She was treated with tamiflu and recovered after 10 days. I went to go use my package only to find out it expired the following day. I called customer service and asked at first for an extension- she said no! I asked if I could have 3 days and she said no! I asked her if she could extend it one day so I could at least use the instant bed - NO! She said they were not allowed to extend it more than once and I had last year and I wasn't going to get my way again. Then she told me I had a habit of extending my tour of the city- if I buy a package why don't I use it? I asked when did I before? 2013! I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me. I tried to mention a spray tan I had gotten that came out horribly and she told me that has nothing to do with customer service go to the salon if I have a problem it's not hers! Today 12/19 I called customer service back because I know that they are good to their customers. I spoke to DANA who was amazing! She politely answered all of my questions apologized for her coworkers behavior and helped solve my problem! Dana in CS is a wonderful Rep! Came as a guest with a member was given a small amount of time. I'm an avid bed tanner at another club. Was really looking forward to a great first visit. No attempt to try and sign me up, no tour, just told what room number. Felt really awkward. A lot of info taken. License, multi-finger scan, residence, some odd chart for time allowance which was never explained. Bed really never felt warm. read more

Went there on Friday night at 8:30 to get a spray tan and was rudely greeted by the staff for showing up at that time when they don't close till 9 and I was out at 8:45. My spray tan was not what I asked for either it was light clear when I asked for medium bronze. read more

Some of the employees are nice here but one encounter with an employee over the phone was actually the rudest I have been spoken to in my entire life. I was inquiring about a membership here and wasn't told about all of the loop holes around it when I signed up last month and was just told to sign a piece of paper without any forewarning. So make sure you do all of your reading before they try and take your money and don't go to them for any customer service questions. No one who is in a customer service job should be speaking to customers like this. read more

I've been a member here for several years. The girls are always upbeat and friendly. I've tanned in every bed there and don't have a single complaint. They always let me know what the lotion specials are, but aren't pushy about selling them. read more
