As soon as I met Anna I knew she was my girl! She is so friendly, approachable, and very available. She is a one woman show, so she is the only one you will deal with from start to finish. No secretaries, no ancillary staff, just Anna, and it makes it so much easier with regard to communication and booking of appointments. She has a website where she lists all of her available services, which in short include a variety of types facials, waxing of any kind, and she does perform an upper body massage as part of your facial experience as well. She has a Facebook page as well, and my primary method of communication with her has been through FB messenger, which she is very prompt with in general. The actual facial itself was extremely relaxing. Her studio is located in downtown Dover, so occasionally you will hear a car horn or people yelling, but overall she does a very good job making the environment relaxing and calm. Anna does a very good job at explaining what she is doing as she is doing it, but she also allows you to have your quiet relaxation time as well. I actually nodded off for a second the first visit because I was so relaxed! She does extractions if necessary free of charge, and has a variety of add ons such as LED light therapy or high frequency treatments. Her prices are very affordable and reasonable, well worth the price! What I really liked about this experience in general was how attentive Anna is. She messaged me the next day just to check in and see how my skin was feeling, since I was a new client. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.
