My experience at the salon was excellent outside of the original issue which has now been resolved and I will return! Thank you Titi!! original: I'm really disappointed with my experience here. My mom purchased a $100 gift card for me last June and was only given a receipt--no physical card. When I came in to use it, I was told they could not honor it without the plastic card, even though the receipt clearly shows the purchase. I spoke with staff and asked if they could look up the transaction or reissue the card, since it had to be activated at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, they refused to help or offer any solution. I understand businesses have policies, but this situation appears to be an error on their end, and there was no effort to resolve it. I essentially lost $100 because of this. I would recommend double-checking that you receive a physical gift card if you purchase one here, because the receipt alone may not be honored.

But, a few very loud and obnoxious young men (obviously related) to said female come in. They put their feet into mani station sink with plastic which is prepped for next customer. Anyway, I tell my tech 3x my water is cold. No changes made. He proceeds to use metal cheese grater. I ask "arent those illegal to use ?" He giggles and continues. I askhim to stop. He continues until he is done. Then proceeds to purposely empty the shavings into the pedi bath water. Which he then splashes and rubs my lower legs with. He cut my cuticle 2 times. I dont mean a tiny 'oops'. He giggles again. I say I'm done‼ I request the owner/manager and explain the entire situation. The loud company, the inability to relax. Being cut, being ignored by my tech. She explains he doesn't speak English. She charges me $35 for this encounter‼ No towel to wipe my wet, and now bleeding feet. I do NOT recommend going here. This is going to be a long review…read more 1. Front-desk were professional to their price Massage Envy charge, felt like hotel check-in experience. I was there 15mins earlier. He checked me in, and explained the process well. I used a gift card for the service, the card had issue, and front-desk deal the situation professionally to not show any concern to customer, and report to his manager for questions, and got answer in a acceptable waiting time. Good job! 2. Massager was good listener to my needs. I told her about my symptoms, and let her made the decision how massage processing. She spent 1 hour, preforming full body massage from my back to my legs. I notes her my right side of body hurts more, and I felt she enhanced her strength after noticing. Good improvement. I stopped her continuing my legs, because one hour massage I felt it doesn't meet my expectation as therapist because I told her and front desk that my body was stressed and pain. She recommended other therapist for the level of the "Deep" I need for my stress level, and she provided how I would like to use rest of the time focusing on my pain point, and took my suggestion switch different techniques toggling around my pain point. Good Job! 3. Massage Envy internal system and management system were the major problem of the entire experience. I was being told from the manager that my gift card was used May 2025 by the person who gifted it to me as a birthday gift, and I ended up to pay full price for it. I didn't have any issue take this payment but why the store manager delivered her manner like mafia or accountant from a very tight company? I think if Massage Envy wanted to provide hotel check in experience please do it all the way to the store INCLUDED store manager. I never saw any Lobby Manager deliver this type of manner for 90 mins service with this type of high end price. Second, WHY Massage Envy allowed their stories selling gift card that can COULD be used from the original account owner?
