My stylist, Carol- the daughter was a great conversationalist, I was impressed by the fact that she was not heavy handed or "rough" She took her time and was cognizant about the length and style I requested also. Today, she asked to see my eyewear. I showed her the eyewear and she then informed me that I could not tan due to my eyewear. I have also been using these same exact goggles the past SEVERAL times I have been at THIS location without anyone saying anything. I requested to cancel my membership and asked for her name. She then said she "wasn't allowed" to give out her name. I was at this location 4/7/26 at 5:46pm. This isn't the first issue I've had with this specific employee.
