He got mad and told me they were too long,and they wouldn't look good-when I told him I wanted them a little longer than what he had put he just glued another plastic tip onto the end of the one he had put on my finger. At the time I was going to a nail school,so I watched what he was doing and noticed that he was cutting corners to try and get them done quickly,and he didn't apply enough acrylic to the nails,so they ended up popping off within 4 days. I had went back to get a fill in and a fix-but,the guy told me he was really busy that day and I needed to come back. He lost a customer that day.(me) Then, I made a dumb decision to get my hair dyed there. That was a mistake. The girl was rough on my head,after I had told her I have a sensitive scalp. The blue color she put in didn't even show up through my brown color hair,and the color had faded by the next weekend leaving crappy looking orange blond streaks. They get a one star because this place is horrible. I don't even bother telling people about this place. Two thumbs way down.

Management suggested that I prepay her for a pedi. I did not use the pedi so I checked on it a year later. Management said I could use it anytime. I had started seeing Kaylee for my hair. Kaylee is as wonderful as Abby is horrible. Before Abby started my pedicure I brought up the prepayment issue. She did my nails then rushed out as they were drying only to have her manager tell me I had to pay her once again for the pedi. She entrapped me. I am sorry she could not handle the matter professionally before the manicure or after. Not only is she unethical- who thinks they should be paid twice for one job, she lacks business skills and did a lousy job. Get a wonderful pedicure from some of the other businesses in town such a Top Nails.

She did not say anything. So she put a color on and left the room for an hour. The color was getting darker so I was worried. She finally came back and checked it in the back. She said she would be back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later she came back and it was much darker. it was literally brown. I told her it was not what I wanted. She charges me 100.00 for the cut and color. My hair looks awful. She told me she put 9 B on it and it was the lightest color they had. She said to have it lighter she would have had to bleach it. I'm OK with bleach. When I pointed out the color my hair was and what I wanted she kept blaming me. I asked for the owner. She told me the owner can't fix it. I have to fix it as we are all independent. She said she would be in later, then changed it to tomorrow. This was all preventable. She did not pay attention to what I said I wanted. Everyone makes mistakes, but she kept blaming me. This is not the way to run a business. I have an event at my house on Sunday. I do not like the way I look at all. It's pretty upsetting.
