We knew we only wanted the one month so my husband promptly cancelled on the date required to end the auto billing. However...they continued to charge us. When he spoke to a representative at Palm Beach he was informed that he had done everything correctly to have the service cancelled and that they could not figure out why we continued to be automatically billed. We did end up getting our refund, but being that we followed the proper steps to ensure the auto billing was cancelled and they couldn't figure out why we continued to be charged, there is no way we will go back.
