After 2 treatments their equipment broke which resulted in postponement of 2 treatments. During this time I found out about an unanticipated move for my husbands job. I called to ask about a partial refund from the package since I had only used 2/6 treatments. I asked if I could be charged for the higher individual service price for the two used and refunded the rest that was unused (a difference of $300). This is where my frustration begins... I called twice, a week apart and left a message to ask about the refund. No call back. I stopped by for my 3rd attempt, was told they were in a meeting and someone would call me back. Nothing. I finally called a 4th time and asked them to make me an appointment with a manager to discuss and resolve the matter. I was put on hold and finally told I could come my and pick up a check for a partial refund (relayed through receptionist, still never spoke to a manager). When I picked up the check, it was $50 less than anticipated. I FINALLY talked to someone in management, but they did not have an explanation as to where that extra $50 went... While I am grateful for any refund at all and I am annoyed about the $50, my real frustration was lack of communication. If someone had simply gotten on the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with me a lot of that frustration would have been avoided.

Of course we had to try Middleton Aesthetics because Middleton Aesthetics is a small business that is run by a Brownell family (we try to support our school families by trying their businesses at least once). I took Lia to her appointment and was able to sit in the room in which she was having her facial done. Sarah would tell Lia everything that she was doing to her and would explain to her why she was doing it. In all, the service took about an hour and her skin was glowing and looked super healthy when it was all over. I decided to also give it a try and book an appointment too! Fast forward a month or two, I go and get my own facial done. I can see why people love them! Your skin comes out looking so healthy and feeling soft! I love that the products Sarah uses on you are not heavy and full of toxic chemicals! She also uses products that are cruelty free! We are definitely both going to come back again!
