Nope, they will send you home or only let you tan for half the time you want). So I pay about $40 a month for what, every OTHER day tanning? I have been to quite a few tanning salons before this, and they ALL have let me tan any time of the day (as long as it's not 9pm one night and 8am the next morning). Even more, they tell you to fill out a tanning assessment on your first day, and you better say you never burn. Otherwise, with my "average" answers, they made me start at 4-6 minutes. I have never started below 8-9 minutes, even when I went to a tanning salon for the first time in my life. I think I know how my body reacts to tanning, by now especially, and I should not be forced to start lower than I want. Those timing charts they use should be recommendations, not requirements. I'm giving you my money to use your beds, not for you to tell me how long I'm allowed to tan. They make you pay for eye goggles or eye stickers (you better remember to bring them every time, or else you pay even more fees every time you forget). It's about $5 for goggles or $0.59 EACH TIME YOU TAN for stickers (they won't let you reuse them). They do not provide eye-wear, like I said, or face wipes to remove makeup, or spray to smell nicer when you're done, or tanning stickers, or candy (all things I've had at many other tanning salons, for FREE, and I've paid LESS there than what I pay here). In my opinion, it's a crappy company with crappy people working for them. Very rude and unfriendly employees, and the hours are awful on weekends. I chose this place for it's location, but I will never give them my money again (they won't let me cancel for another month) and will make every effort to tell everyone I know how horrible they are. I'd rather drive 30 minutes away to get friendlier people, an honest company, and just to feel like my money is actually being used for something instead of feeling scammed.

I do not recommend purchasing a membership here. I tried to cancel at the end of May before June started as I told the Store Director who was working that I was moving half way in June and that I don't think I will use the membership much. She tried to convince me that if I cancel I will have to pay the annual fee again and that if I do decide to tan in June, she'd recommend that I freeze. I had the Instant membership in May, which was $90 a month. I downgraded to the Fast, which was only $50 a month. I felt that $50 a month was more affordable for half a month than $90, which is why I didn't cancel And downgraded to this level in June. I then was charged $90 for June, which is what I was trying to avoid. I only tanned 3 times, and was told that it was $90 vs. $50 as the annual fee was applied. It was very pathetic as the communication that there was an annual fee going to be applied to me on May 31 when I was deciding to cancel or not for June would have been appreciated. I only downgraded to have a monthly fee of $50, not $90!!! I got stuck paying $90 just to have tanned 3 times in June. when explaining this situation to the girls, none of them would help or try to waive any fees due to the miscommunication. Very unprofessional. Salon deff does NOT value customer satisfaction. I will NEVER tan at one of these salons again. I highly do not recommend giving this salon your money. Also, the entire time in May, whenever I would try to get a spray tan, which spray tans are included in the Instant membership, the girls would say that I had to pay for it. Which was ridiculous as I had paid a boatload of money for the highest membership that included spray tans + all the lotions to go with it. Deff a salon looking for money, and once they have your money the friendly customer service is gone. Never again. Terrible experience. read more
