Couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone so had to go in. Jolee helped me. She got on phone with customer service to request a refund. Well they were giving her a hard time. They told her I'd have to email them my bank statement to get a refund. But I wasn't guaranteed my money back. Well I know that if it were some one or someplace else they would have given me the email address and tell me the same nonsense that was told to her. NO, Instead she insisted the situation be handled differently. I guess you could say "she had my back". She wasn't rude to them she just stated that it was wrong and that I shouldn't have to go thru all that drama. She got their franchise director on the phone and he apologized and said he would mail me a check. Thank you Jolee!!!!

No it does not have the buzzwords like 'spa' or supercalifragilistic or whatever uber-marketing…read morejargon the corporate tanning salons are using, but it also doesn't charge you a fortune and uses the same the technology. It is a quaint small salon that is never overly busy, has a small collection of clothes, and the parking is a cinch. I had memberships at both the other tanning companies in town and prefer Tanfastic for its ease, lower prices, and locally owned business. One thing i wish it did have was a spray tan booth.

There are so many cute items from shirts and hats to snacks and accessories that are for sale though! I love the fact the items for sale are from local businesses and affordable.
