They told her I'd have to email them my bank statement to get a refund. But I wasn't guaranteed my money back. Well I know that if it were some one or someplace else they would have given me the email address and tell me the same nonsense that was told to her. NO, Instead she insisted the situation be handled differently. I guess you could say "she had my back". She wasn't rude to them she just stated that it was wrong and that I shouldn't have to go thru all that drama. It is a quaint small salon that is never overly busy, has a small collection of clothes, and the parking is a cinch. I had memberships at both the other tanning companies in town and prefer Tanfastic for its ease, lower prices, and locally owned business. One thing i wish it did have was a spray tan booth.
