My roommate and I booked a tour (for June 2025) online. Their system wasn't user friendly and my credit card was charged five times for the deposit. It was like paying for the entire trip. We ended up being on the waitlist anyway. That was in December. Now that it's February, I called to get an update and see if I could get a refund for at least four of my deposits. I spoke with Kariya who was very polite, professional, and patient. She sorted through the information and found out that my roommate and I are 4th on the waitlist. If I cancel now, I can get a full refund. If I stay on the waitlist, I would lose my deposit if I don't get go on the trip. I decided to cancel, but they can't refund me until my roommate contacts them with her decision: 1. stay on the waitlist, change her reservation to a single room, and lose her deposit if she doesn't get to go on the trip... 2. get a refund. We shall see the results...

You'll have to give them your email address multiple times only to receive an email flight confirmation that looks like was made on Microsoft DOS. Want to put your email confirmation on your iPhone? Not here. You'll have to print it and take it with you to the airport. But the best thing is when she booked me a flight back that didn't allow me a carry-on. I travel with some equipment that due to FAA regulations can not be check-in. It must come on board with me. I was only told I could not bring my carry-on with me when I was boarding the plane. I called and text Georgia to try to figure out what was wrong as I was boarding but - big surprise she would not pick up the phone nor answer texts. She insists that she didn't do anything wrong and this whole thing is because "I'm an unhappy sad person who needs God'. Honestly, I don't even know what to say about that. But you should never do business with this company unless you like to be stranded thousands of miles from home and having to pay hundreds of dollars to fix a mistake they refuse to take responsibility for. WARNING: Took My Money, No Cruise, No Refund…read more Review: I paid $300 in April 2025 and another $876.65 on October 14, 2025 to Dreamy Destinations Travel / Louise Taveira for a cruise scheduled January 18-25, 2026 (Invoice #000136). One week before departure, I was told no booking was ever made. The cruise line confirmed there was no reservation in my name. When I asked for a refund, I was told the agency "did not have the funds" and was offered a future cruise instead. No services were provided and no refund has been issued. I later learned over 20 other customers experienced the same issue. Total taken: $1,176.65. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General, state police and my payment provider. I strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
