I purchased a $30 battery that stopped working within a month or so of the purchase date. When I went back to try to exchange it, I was told that I would have to purchase a new one. I would assume these products are meant to last more than 30-60 days. A word of advicee, it's cheaper and easier to keep existing clients that it is to attract new ones. That battery probably cost you $5 bucks. What would it have hurt to keep an existing customer happy by exchanging a faulty item? I'll take my business to Exhalence around the corner and suggest you do the same. read more
