Also... they assessed our building hot water tank without hesitation while here as we were experiencing hot water changes. They could have said readily, 'time for a new tank' (it's 7 years old). But they took the time to examine and determined that one of the conduction components wasn't working. So instead of thousands for a new tank, we will have a new component for a few hundred dollars.
